Great choices

They failed us badly on our very first shot we chose to do buisness with them, we had a hardscape installation and chose to get techo blocks through them and they had ordered it an said it was gonna be arriving that coming Friday which was 4 days from when we placed the order and they failed to accomplish that task and said it was coming in next week Thursday 11 days from placing the order, get thing happen but they failed to inform us on the changes on the expected date luckly I need to show my customer a preview of the blocks and found out all that information then , on top of that I check on my order and had found out they had ordered the wrong blocks to start with, as an owner of a small business that is very bad business and little things like informing us ican be a make or break for a project when it just takes a phone call or a follow-up I love techo blocks and don't have nothing bad about their products but their distributor in swanboro t.s Rhodes is bad for their business and I don't recommend anyone go thier if they count on scheduling and timing in their business
