New China

I love this place. There are a lot of negative reviews about New China’s customer service, but I think they’re great. My order is always right, food has always tasted good, and they do know I have placed a call in order when I walk in. I don’t expect them to kma when I walk in the door. There is a culture difference people should respect. This Chinese restaurant has been there for many years for a reason. To people with bad reviews- stop being so sensitive.

After more than a year later and New China is still knocking it put the park for myself and my family! EVERY TIME Y’ALL! At least every other time she reminds me of one or two things that I forget to order when I call in. They have been wonderful and if you have one bad experience here, I suggest giving it another try. If you have more than one bad experience then my bet is the problem isn’t with their service or food… The problem is more than likely that you’re the problem. Lol

This place is awesome! My order is always correct, always fresh and always delicious! I have been ordering from here for about 2 months now, at least once a week, and have never had any issues at all. The lady who always takes my order is so nice and friendly. (You may not be able to “hear her smile” over the phone but she really is great) After ordering from them twice she had my order memorized (an order for 4 people!)

I had read some reviews on here and it took a year of living in the area before we tried New China and I can’t say how many times I have kicked myself for not trying it sooner.

Please do not be discouraged from ordering from here because of the bad reviews. I let the naysayers talk me out of my now favorite place to eat for a very long time.

Good food at great prices. Lady came around with some sort of spicy concoction to sprinkle on the rice. Yummy.

I'm going to leave a positive review, even though I'm unhappy with the establishment as of tonight. Lots of folks told me it's actually really good. Only issue I've really got so far is the fact that I tried to call to place an order and got no answer at all. So I went up there to place an order and they were closed. Over an hour before the closing time listed on both Google and their actual legitimate website. Kinda broke my heart. Had to go with chitty ol' dominos. Sad.

However, positive review because I know things happen, it could be because they're terrified of c19. Who knows. Lol

New china is like eating at home.
The food is hot and fresh, the service is amazing, food is cooked fast, and the family that runs the resturant is kind, friendly, and most of all positive.
The food quality is amazing. Fixed right when you order it, it's clean, and the taste is worth a thousand words. Also a plus is that the containers you get can be washed and reused at home.

Overall new china is amazing, and is a great place to eat.

I come here a lot, and they are so sweet. It is family owned. Fast service, quaint decor, very clean. The rice is fresh, there is also a big menu.

If you're craving some good Chinese food, look no further. They always make the perfect dishes. You can't go wrong here
