John’s Golf Cars built us our dream golf car. They took all of my ideas and made plenty of suggestions to make this beautiful car. Took my old car on as trade and gave me a very fair value for it. Everything single thing was handled soup to nuts. People stop us every time we are out to see all the fun things that were added, ie) LED lights, LSV package, sound bar with base tube, upgraded interior, beach chair holder, front rack and so many other things. I've had repairs done on our old golf cart and I had good service. We then bought a 5 year old used one, and wanted some updates. When it was delivered a few months ago, it looked like it just came off the factory floor. Almost everything was replaced and we are totally pleased. We live on a horse farm and have a dump bed and some other tweaks on it. It gets trashed pretty bad running it through the pastures picking up manure and carrying food and tools, and it keeps on chugging! The staff here was very friendly through the sale process and an after-sale alteration to the suspension.

Called Johns to inquiry about what I need to do about my flat golf cart tire ....Within the hour he was at my house....changed the tire and gone !!!! Who does that????? 10 Stars for Johns !!!

These people are awesome. The transmission messed up in my 2014 gas club car precident. They did me right. If I buy another one I will purchase from these wonderful people. Thanks Jay and the rest of the crew.

First I would like to apologize to John Golf carts for my first review post. I was upset after my Cub Car was returned to me an it was not repaired. Im the type that don't get in others face about there work. I just walk away saying I will never come back. My girlfriend on the other hand will also will address it an concerns. Any the staff at John's came back out an picked it up an did a great job of correcting everything an I'm very happy with the cart now. Thank you for handling this so well an repairing my cart.

I have been going to John’s golf cars for years. I purchased my golf cart from them for a good price! I have them to service and do all my repairs. I have always had excellent customer service from the company. They are very honest, knowledgeable & very polite.

This place is the greatest to do business with. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I bought a set of tires from Johns and they bounced badly, I called and told them what was happening. They stood behind their product and replaced the tires with no Hesitation. Jim was extremely helpful in getting us into a new cart and trading in our 20 year old cart. He was very responsive to all questions we had, got back to us in a timely manner and spent a lot of time with us discussing options. He allowed us to test drive carts on multiple occasions as we made our selections. He had our old cart sold a bit quicker than anticipated, so he put us in a loaner cart until our new one was delivered. We love our new customized cart. As a business owner myself, I always appreciate an experience like this and would recommend John’s Golf Cars to anyone!

There are many new golf cart dealers around EI but John’s has been around the longest. The reason being they are honest and dependable people. I bought our cart from them 4 years ago and have had them service it ever year. I am always amazed at how great they are particularly Bruce. The man is honest plain and simple.

These guys are great!! I have an elderly father in the area, and my fathers golf cart was in really bad shape. They came by, picked it up, and did everything they could to fix it. It was a very old cart and was rusted very badly. We ended up buying a new on and they charge me a very reasonable rate even though they had done some repairs to it. The took care of my dad like he was family.

they are the best golf cart company to deal with i thought i had a problem with my charger i thought i needed a new one they said wait bring yours in we will check it for free. if something is wrong with it we will fix it.they will work with you to save you money and give you the best deals. these men have integrity and morals they will not con you.
