Bojangles

Excellent place to eat fried chicken. The fried chicken is excellent. It is crispy, tasty, and very juicy. The spices in the fried chicken is excellent. The freshness of the chicken is excellent as well. I also tried chicken sandwich, and it is excellent as well.

The place is cleaner than any other Bojangles. Larry, one of the staff, is excellent. The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I ordered a family meal on the app but their doors were locked so I had to go to the drive-through anyways I waited a couple minutes in the drive-through and told him that I had ordered on the app and then they gave me my meal. When I got home to eat it I was absolutely shocked at how good everything was! The chicken was amazing! The sides were delicious. I will be back to this Bojangles many times in my life! Oh and the staff was extremely nice, very polite and so thankful for my business.

I think this is the best Bojangles location in CLT. The food is consistently perfect and the tea never tastes old (iykyk and you won't forget). They're also super nice at this location. I think they have good management and a good team working there. I've been going to this location for maybe 20 years and I've never had an issue. Love them!

When we first walked in we were greeted.(which doesn’t happen anywhere anymore). The staff was friendly. Didn’t hear one employee cursing or talking about something inappropriate. The music was appropriate for the restaurant. It was clean. The food was really good and fresh. Their employee Yadiel was awesome with customer service. If I was the GM or Manager I would work hard to keep him. You don’t find good quality service like he was giving. For this to be fast food, it was better service than most other places I’ve been. Great team! I would drive this way again just for the services.

The young lady that took my order and handed me my food was fantastic her name is Bri she definitely needs a raise her customer service skills are superior

Food is always fresh especially the Bo-rounds & soft buttery biscuits. Staff inside and in drive thru are very friendly !!

The chicken was great and the service was excellent.. the drive-thru was very quick and convenient as the cashier was very friendly and polite.I would recommend this restaurant if you are in a hurry and want some tasty hot food.

Let me just preface by saying this, my order was not perfectly correct... but it was actually better than what I ordered LOL. Either way, I just want to say I went to this location today and witnessed someone screaming/threatening/berating the drive-thru employees. This person held up the line and refused to leave. I was there for a curbside order and was there for at least 15 mins watching this unfold. I'm sure there was something wrong with this persons order, it happens. I just want to compliment the employees for staying composed and not feeding in to the customer who kept saying "I bet you won't come outside! I bet you won't come outside" trying to escalate the situation. I had to go in to get my food. I have a toddler and wasn't planning on going in but they requested all customers come inside while the person continued to hold up the drive-thru. There was a full staff of workers continuing to work and get food out while this was happening. We're days away from the holidays and it was busy inside. They all continued to remain professional and get everyone what they needed. I just want to say I appreciate that professionalism in the midst of that chaos.

I am basing my rating on this morning’s visit. Usually they are packed and haven’t had the best experience when ordering dinner/lunch. The morning crew was very nice and pleasant, no long line and the food was fresh and hot.

I got 8 piece family meal on 9/19/21 around 2:00 P.M. I would like to say thank you for a good meal. When I tell you the chicken, sides and omg the biscuits were perfect. The biscuits were buttery and perfectly cooked. Keep up the good work every one.

My doctor said I require Bojangles for my heart to function correctly. Based on this, yes, they are good. Really good.

Staff friendly and good food!

This was by far the best Bojangles I have visited. Whoever made the biscuits need to teach the other biscuit makers at all of the other Bojangels around Charlotte. They were so light, fluffy and buttery.

Clean , fast and friendly staff. Clean facility. Caution: parking lot gets hectic and some shrubs cause blind spots at the main entrance.
