Always a great spot for a bite and local beer. The menu updates frequently but you can expect lots of house made salads and appetizers to accompany their brunch and sandwich options.

Delicious food and great local products. They have a lot of dedicated vegetarian options and plenty of substitutions. Make sure to try the Banh Mi sandwich with lemongrass tempeh. It's probably the best I've ever had. Ambience is nice and there are plenty of tables

Cool place with great sandwiches, excellent baked goods, and various prepared foods for very reasonable prices. Beer, wine, cider, and various non-alcoholic beverages available by can and bottle.

Order at various counters and eat in their comfortable dining area or take to go. Free parking lot across the street.

I am a huge fan of Earl’s Grocery! The use fresh ingredients and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. Since it is convenient to work I often pop in and grab a prepackaged lunch, but they do have a hot grill and seating should you have more time. I highly recommend the Cheshire Salad! Yumm!!

This place is great. I was staying in the Presby hospital and needed an alternative to the cafe. Got a bahn mi sandwich and a bison hot dog, the sandwich was good but the hot dog was incredible. We also got some sweets from the bakery which were delicious. Great selection of craft beer as well.

So many choices to choose from at Earl's. Everything I have tried so far is extremely good. Large drink selection. Lots of different cheeses to select from which is a lot of fun if you like variety. The banh mi sandwich and Poke bowl are solid choices. I meet friends here often and their food always looks amazing as well. Never get bad feedback from friends on their food. it is a great place to hangout and enjoy company while having a bite to eat in a relaxed atmosphere. I would suggest Earl's to anyone as it is good for all ages and interests. There is something here for everyone. Great atmosphere laid back. Good parking options and easy to get in and out of. Cant wait to make my next trip here.

This place never fails to amaze me! Ever evolving menu of top notch sandwiches and entrees (seriously...it’s hard to order the same thing twice but rest assured everything they serve is ridiculous). Delicious iced lattes. Bodega style market including side dish staples like sesame noodles made fresh daily. Wine, beer (local included), cheese, chocolate, and ice cream selections. Not to mention plenty of desserts and pastries on hand including one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had! Very friendly staff and the environment is chill and laid back. They even have garage door windows that they roll up when the weather nice. Prices can be a little high but trust me it’s worth it! Highly recommend this place!

such a cool place. great food & a really unusual selection of beer & assorted munchies. found some beers we haven't seen anywhere else in Charlotte & at good prices - much better than HT for some of the individual cans & wines.

By far one of my favorite spots in Charlotte!! I love their food and their fresh juices are delicious. They also have a great selection of to go food options. It’s a great place to work remotely with a special little work bar. The street car stop is right out front so also a nice place to stop by on your way into Uptown.

Local hipster convenience store/coffee joint. Has local stock of beer, cheese, and other assorted items. Parking is free across the street. They also have a rotating menu of Breakfast and Lunch. Haven't tried their alcoholic beverage menu yet but, 10/10 would recommend their Grit Bowl and Cappuccinos.

Every dish I've ordered has been very good, especially the tacos. The dessert selection isn't vast but what they do is very good. Love their Szechuan noodle salad. And the drink selection is what they choose to make vast.

Probably the best lunch i have had in a very long time. Banh-Mi sandwich was great, salads are very creative and flavorful. Great atmosphere and location. This place has a little bit of everything. For the commentary about being a low level Dean and Deluca, simply false. This place is much more reasonably priced and has more unique items. Will be going back very soon and often. Nice that it is on the streetcar line as well.

my go to coffee place since it’s right down the road from my school. i am always greeted with a smile and a few baristas know my name and have pleasant conversations with me. i love the coffee and the fast service. also the food is phenomenal but don’t get it when you’re in a rush. they make things to order and it takes a minute.

We ordered off the chalkboard menu, found a relaxed table in the shade, and savored every bite of our flavorful order.

The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere attracts patrons who treat each other with consideration. Truly a neighborhood gem.

I love coming to this awesome industrial-like building with great fresh food! It's similar to a dean and deluca, with a deli, drinks (including alcoholic beverages), salads, desserts, locally made goods, and other products, such as cheeses, crackers, bake mixes, etc. The food is made to order, and the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit is amazing. Nothing can beat hand made fresh biscuits. The staff is very attentive to specific requests, as a friend of mine does not consume pork and they made sure to switch gloves and abide by her request. They are also one of the only restaurants open in the early morning along the street, so they are a great option for breakfast as well.

One of my favorite places in Charlotte for a nice but casual bite to eat. Great selection of wine and also beer. Great market to pick up food for dinner or lunch as well. My favorite part is selecting cheeses from their case and having a delicious board created for you in seconds. Great spot to gather with some friends before a concert at the Visulite next door. They also open on Sundays for brunch.

Love it Here! Has everything you could want, 1 stop shop! The staff is very helpful and it is a great place to hang and eat, do work or meet up with friends. The food is excellent and there alot of healthy options and there are both vegetarian and meat lover choices!

As out of towners, we saw this place on various lists of where to go and what to eat in the Charlotte area. It did not disappoint! It was beautiful and hustling yet peaceful inside. We both had the #6 bowl but were not prepared for the spiciness of the duck! If you are not a fan of spicy I’d suggest requesting extra aioli sauce on the side.

My favorite place to get a cup of coffee in Charlotte, heck anywhere. Its way better than Starbucks or DD. The peoplae are always friendly and they remember you when you go in, no mater how long its been. They offer an amazing Menu. You just cant choose one thing to love. Its all great
