Tammy in custom framing is angel sent from heaven above. I had never been into a Michaels before today. Never had a reason to. I went to custom framing I was a little dismayed by having to wait so long but that was because Tammy never rushed with dealing with a customer. When it was my turn she was honest straight forward about what to expect and figured out a solution to my problem that would meet my time demands and budget. I have never experienced customer service at this level. I am currently looking for other excuses to go to a Michaels store.

I love this Michael's. They're always helpful, and their Christmas decor is super inexpensive. Their selection of seasonal children's crafts are good too.

I really appreciate this retailer. The selection is terrific. I was able to have plenty of choices and put together an art project for my second graders for them to complete just before the holiday. This location is super easy to create from.

We just booked our 3rd birthday party here. Sherrie is super helpful, making sure that everything is ready and all of the kids understand instructions. When I forgot the cake knife, she found one in back. I can't say enough good things about birthday's at Michael's!

Love a good Michael’s trip. I recommend using the app when you go. They typically have higher prices, but they give you massive discounts if you scan the app.

I've never had a bad experience here. The employees are all nice that I have encountered. The shelves are well stocked. They have an awesome clearance section which is my favorite. I've always thought the prices were a little high, but the quality is high too. Would recommend this store and this location.

Great store friendly competent staff

Bought some foam heads from here and let me tell you they can take some buckshot 10/10 would shoot again. The staff was incredibly friendly. But seriously amazing shooting prop. It took like 100 rounds of 22lr and 80 rounds of 9mm. There's a market here, it just hasn't been realized.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They almost always have what I'm looking for in stock, although shelves were a little bare on last visit. I hope that's not a bad sign. Prices are surprisingly good for a specialty store.

This store has so many wonderful craft supplies. Went there today to get a frame and matting for a picture for my husband. I received a lot of help from Rachel in custom framing. She came up with a great design that I think my husband will love. I watched Rachel assist other customers as well and she has a wonderful eye for design.

Always has just what you need for your crafting needs. We needed a picture frame. They have tons and also can make a custom one if needed.

Great selection of craft supplies! I can't say that staff on the floor for questions or assistance is readily available, but it's probably due to the short staffing for residual covid reasons. Always clean and everything is well organized

These associates SAVED MY LIFE after I went to their store a week prior and was given some less than adept information on what I needed to paint. I've done to a of painting, but not in a few years so I needed some help. The associate who helped me was not well informed on painting, so I was given recommendations for the wrong items.

The reason I am painting is because me and my boyfriend''s 1 year anniversary is tomorrow. I had to wait last minute to do everything because I had very bad whiplash last week and couldn't really do much.

I started to paint today, and realized he had not recommended the products I asked for. I called the store and explained the situation. They were very apologetic, and I left immediately to go get the correct items. They refunded me for the items and gave me a $25 gift card, which was ready for me when I got there. I know they didn't have to do that, so it was much appreciated.

A wonderful associate named Rachel helped me find the PERFECT items for my painting, and I am so excited for my boyfriend to see it. I was so upset that my painting didn't look good at all, but she gave me some paints in the correct colors that are PERFECT. Crisis avoided!
