Rack Room Shoes

I've been shopping at this store for a while now because the prices are always good and the shoes are really nice. I bought my daughter a pair of crocs from here and she loves them. We also bought jig bits for the crocs and I was able to use my ten dollar rack room birthday reward in the store toward the purchase. The staff is friendly, and the store is always well-stocked and organized.

My kids love the Buy one get One half prices. We went got 6 pairs in one day . They even do Birthday disc.
My son saw some Nike shoes he wanted they was $89 at Nike store . $79 on Amazon . Got them at Rack Room for $69 . My 2 pair I got

I drive here from Knightdale because they always have the sizes and color Crocs I need. I love their customer service also. Most stores don't like looking up sizes for you on the phone but they do great!

Donnovan helped me out and did an amazing job. Super cool guy who I could tell cared about his job. Give that man a promotion!

I wanted to give major kudos and customer service points to this store in Wake Forest!! After a catastrophic online order of what I thought would be a simple order of some sandals, and then followed by a not so nice review on my part....Eric, the district manager resolved my issue and also went above and beyond to make me (the customer) happy and forget about my horrible experience. Before Eric resolving my issue, I also spoke with Jenny (management) and a very sweet customer service girl (whom I can’t remember her name) on the phone. I didn’t want to leave these two out bc they were very kind and tried to help me to the best of their abilities. I will definitely continue shopping at RackRoom because of the kindness I was showed. Thank you!!!

Went to rack room looking around and with Erika's help I was able to fine two pairs of shoes. She was very knowledgeable about rack room's product in her store and so helpful. I am thankful she help me. Then went checkout with Eric who was a southern gentleman who help me get a reward card. I will be back to this rack room!!!!

Had amazing service here, found exactly what I needed the employees are extremely helpful and always greet me when I walk in. Always pointed me in the right direction and even helped me with a few questions I had! Will be returning soon :)
