This store run extremely well..
* Paint department Nichole very helpful.
*Pro Deck excellent help Nate, Russell, Don, Sherry, Amy, Steve,and Paula
*At Customer service very friendly and efficient Erin, Sheryl was helping us this time.
We there 3 time a day everyday to shop. Unfortunately Lowe's Survey only allows us to do the review one every 15 days I believe. So it make it more difficult to give everyone the review. I think Lowes should allow each visit for each Survey. That make it fair for everyone. Especially when Lowes want the customers to do the survey so the should make it easier for us to do it.
If they keep stopping us to do it. It discourage customers to do the survey. We like to be able to give the survey to the people that deserve it.(and people there working very hard to get good reviews.
Also Anthony the store manager he run a good team. We always see him work alongside his team. That make him a good team leader.

We had gone to Lowe's to extend the warranty on my freezer chest. Since I live an hour away, I had tried to take care of it over the phone, but one department was able to pull up the policy & the others couldn't. After getting the run around without resolution, I went there in person. Unfortunately, something that should have been handled in just minutes took more than an hour to resolve. This was NOT due to any issues with this store, but rather due to issues with the warranty company & how their automated system was set up. The man working in appliances that day tried to get it straightened out, but we finally had to go to the manager & resolve it at Customer Service. They also tried repeatedly over the phone, through text msgs, etc. We finally had to handle it through an unconventional method,, but at long last it was taken care of.
I wish I had written down the names of the 2 employees that helped; my mistake. Their incredible patience & persistence in resolving the situation was something that I haven't experienced in a very long time. I greatly appreciate their help, & if ALL the Lowe's employees at that store show the same commitment to their jobs & people of the community, I will definitely continue showing my patronage & support. Thank you for rekindling my hope in an otherwise aloof post-pandemic society.

I had to come on here to say Nichole from Elizabeth City Lowe’s made my whole month!! She was a breath of fresh air and just a ray of sunshine. You can really tell she cares about her job and she cares about helping people. Thank you Nichole for brightening my day and helping me out by going the extra mile at your job to make my Lowe’s experience that much better.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the online order was ready within 30 minutes. Customer service is always a plus and I'll make this my go to Lowe's

Found what we needed and id wanted to say that Steve deserves a raise, he told us jokes when we went to tell him about a plant that fell, was reassuring that it was fine and itd get handled, and was just a great person overall! Definitely a good experience ☺

Joseph Hall “J” keeps these bathrooms pristine. Every time I stop going to the coast I see him cleaning. He takes pride in his work and is always delightful. Thanks J for clean restrooms.

My favorite place to shop. Always have fresh & healthy plants. Employees are helpful & courteous. Clean & organized store. Too bad they don't sell groceries. It would be my 1 place shopping as my hubby says.

Went to Lowe’s to get a refrigerator because ours was failing. An employee by the name of Kilemia I believe ( hope I spelled it right), she was the most helpful, caring, and courteous employee from Lowe’s I have ever encountered. Unfortunately, the fridge we wanted would not be in stock until June so we purchased elsewhere but I want somebody in management to know what a fabulous employee they have in the appliance department.

I was there today and received help and assistance at a level I have never encountered at a big box store previously. Multiple people from a variety of departments all assisted, were understanding and kind, not one seemed uncaring and everyone helped until the entire need was accomplished. Could not say enough nice things based on what I encountered today personally

Wow, we returned after purchasing a refrigerator, talked to the manager and told her that Home Depot was selling the same refrigerator for $200 less, we asked to price match, she said we will sell it to you for $300 lower than the cost that we paid for! Highly recommend this store!

Our first impression was the personnel are really nice and helpful! If they don't have what you need or want, they can check their website for other products in stock.

The people of Lowes are amazing. This is a HUGE facility and you could spend days looking for what you needed. I ask any employee where something can be found and every single one of them off the top of their head can tell me where to find it!! AMAZING!! The cashiers are without an doubt the nicest and most friendly folks I have ever met. I would love to adopt them all. Prices are reasonable and service is fantastic!!av

Had the best experience at Lowe’s ever today. I went in to get a few things and while looking around I was greeted by Dennis. Not only did he assist me with finding all the products I wanted, after I left an area I decided I wanted more of one product I was purchasing. Dennis took the time to go get the item for me while I continued to look for another product. Thank you Dennis. Then as I was checking out my cashier Sara was very pleasant and asked if I needed any further assistance. This was all so helpful as in large stores I must ride one of the electric carts due to a lack strength in my legs from a spinal injury. Thank you Lowe’s for employing such kind and friendly people

You can get some good deals at Lowe's. I just purchased a real nice dishwasher on a Labor Day sale. It is loaded with features... And $150.00 (ish) off. They delivered it the next day.
