Hate how they've mostly moved to self-checkout in the main check out area. Garden area and pro desk still have people. The Ron Swanson "I know more than you do" applies more than I'd like to admit. They are the Walmart of hardware stores in town. The co-op and local nursery have much more knowledgeable staff, but if you know what you need, this is the place!

This wasn't my first time in Lowe's. Sometimes It's hard to find an employee for help, but not this trip. I had several employees stop to ask me if I was finding what I was looking for. I had two employees hop off a forklift to help me load cinder blocks into my car. Probably the most impressive trip to this store ever.

Other than that, it's a good place to get things needed for projects. Ordering online and picking up at the lockers is really easy. AND should you ever have an issue they will work to resolve it.

I went to buy some double sided tape. I'm not familiar with Lowe's. I passed several workers so I doubled back to where they were now all standing and stood until one man noticed me and directed the young girl to help me. She directed me to the isle I needed . I found what I needed in a short amount of time. Check out had no line so I was in and out.

Employees are helpful and offer to show you to the product that you walked past 15 times and couldn'tfind. Very good selection and prices on floor, wall, and decorative tiles. Nice selection & varieties of vegetables for the garden. Prices are comparable or better than other giant retailers in the area.

Fast and friendly. Awesome Store Manager (Jay) that went out of his way to help. I would recommend this Lowe's over any other home improvement store around Edmond. I will be back!

The shopping experience was very positive. We went in to buy a new freezer and some potting soil and seeds. They had everything in stock we needed and was easy to find. A sales person helped us with the freezer, he was pleasant to deal with and helpful. He took the freezer up to check out for us so we could finish shopping.

I love coming here to stock up on indoor plants. At the end of each season they have their plants marked way down, and I’ve gotten some up to 75% off. Always a great succulent and cactus selection! Also very helpful employees and a great location and parking

The Stillwater Lowe's had the items I needed and the girl overseeing self checkout (which I loathe) was extremely nice. A+

I went in to buy a generator and got almost ZERO help. A young lady by the name of MacKenzie( i believe was her name) went out of her way to make sure i got it to the front checkout and had someone help me load it. Thank you to her for stepping up and being a good employee. Im giving the 5 stars to her!

This store has come a long way in the last couple of months. Service and product selection is much better. One employee in particular, Charles Price, is always very helpful and is quite knowledgeable about store products.
There was a particular tool I was looking at, but all they had was the display. They do not sell displays, but Charles took my name and number and said he would call when it was available. He did just as he said, and I am a happy camper! The store is blessed to have such a dedicated employee who is true to his word. Thank you Charles! 👍

They've had very good staff lately who is friendly and eager to help even if it is not their area. They've also had pretty much everything we needed or knew of some loopholes as to how we could get some products carried at Lowe's in Oklahoma City that are not carried at this location. That was extremely helpful so we can avoid high shipping costs and still brought in business to our local store.

We were so happy we could finish our project without having to drive almost 2 hours to get a product that is carried at Lowe's just not our location!

I was asked a couple of times if I needed help both in the garden center and in the store. Everyone was super helpful. And I love just visiting when they start bringing out their spring and summer plants!

In-Store pick-up using a locker was very easy!

Great store, good employees. Whatever job your doing around the house they got it. It can take a little time to find things or to get employee assistance but they are very friendly.. it's just a big store!

Lately, it's always a great place to shop. You can actually find employees to help you. The veteran's discount is also a plus....

We needed a couple of pipe plugs and a dow rod and was in and out of Lowes in minutes. Thanks Lowes!

This lowes is great. I've always had wondeful interactions with the employees here. I tend to get lost in the store sometimes but there's always someone around to help me find what I'm looking for. When I checked out my cashier, Melissa, was great. She had a very lovely, genuine smile. She was very patient and helpful. I was having a lousy day today and her positive attitude and friendliness brightened it. Thank you!
