I bought an SSD from here and went back to install it myself but did not have the right tools for it and I brought it back and Rosario from the Geek Squad was super helpful!

The GM was awesome. After walking around, the GM came up asked if I was finding everything ok. I explained what I was looking for, he takes me directly to the product I was looking for. Thank you sir, you're an awesome dude!

I ordered my item online, and it was ready/available for pickup faster than I could drive there.

The pick up process was simple and they were even able to price match my item for me.

The selection of consumer technology items is excellent, and fairly priced with the exception of cables and accessories.

While the layout is the exact opposite of our local Texas Best Buy. The service is a step above at this location.

We were looking for a specific item, but it didn't have the price on it. We were approached by an employee at the perfect time and received prompt service. Then we were walked to the checkout and passed off to the next available cashier.

Nice experience and I'm sure we will be back a few times in the next four years.

I decided to install a security system not too long ago. Not only did the Best Buy team help me sort through and choose which system would better suit my needs (camera quality, WiFi vs hardwired, memory storage capabilities, etc) but when I returned the following week to buy something else, the people who helped me remembered me and followed up with how things were working out. I appreciated the knowledgeable and thoughtful quality of customer service and I'll certainly continue my patronage.

We had a phone appointment today to fix my phone and they did an amazing job! Great customer service I highly recommend them!

I wanna give shout outs to the Best Buy here and two of its employees, RJ (Supervisor) and Luke (GM), they went above and beyond today with my purchases and the comedy of errors that ensued with what should of been an easy-peasy purchase, they are truly exceptional human beings and staff members. I would rate them both a million stars if I could but Google only allows me 5. So, 5 for each. If you need to shop here, look these two up. You will leave a happy customer. A+++++++ across the board.

Loved it! I took my 4 yr old daughter's tablet back with one yr warranty. She stepped in it and screen was completely crushed! They swapped me out with a new one nooooo questions asked!!!! Amazing customer service ☺ thx Guys 👍

I've always received great customer service at this location. My most recent experience required deliver that did not go as planned (due to the third party delivery service). However, the general manager, assistant manager and Bram went above and beyond to get me taken care of. I can't say enough positive things about the professionalism and attention to customer service that Bram provided.

Online ordering and pick up was easy.

Excellent crew. Ty for the positivity. Its a rough time in the world. Yall care enough to accomplish the things and brush cust to the side (at least in my case) also great warranty setup. Will buyagain. Historically avoided bc of price but after looking at what is there- u have good quality and average pricing with great deals.and did i mention the tech support deal? Havent had to deal w the total tech crew. Geek squad has a bad rep- butwe shall see!

I was was very impressed with the young man who assisted me. His name was Connor. I didn't know that I needed an appointment, and he very nicely explained that I would need to make one. He made my appointment and I will return to the store tomorrow. This young man should be recognized for his professional talent. I was very impressed with him.

Purchased 2 Raspberry Pi4 video cables and they worked great.

Such great service. I had to return a defective laptop, and they really worked with me to find a replacement since so many devices are currently sold out. I really appreciated the employees wearing masks and all the signs encouraging social distancing too.

I needed a new iPhone during this Pandemic mess. I showed up at my local Best Buy and the staff was awesome. The Public was being allowed in on a as needed basis. The local staff were extremely helpful and attentive to my needs and desires. They cheerfully took care of everything for me I walked out with a new fully functioning iPhone with all my stuff installed and correct. I really had no preconceived notion of what I wanted and the staff helped me a lot. It's been almost 6 weeks and I love the phone. They clearly guided me in the right direction.
