Ashley highlighted my hair a couple of months ago and at the time I was concerned it would become brassy! The color was great when she did it and still looks good!
I’ll be returning to her soon and appreciate the wonderful job she did on my hair!

And the entire staff of the salon is very friendly and welcoming!

I was here for the first time, for a consultation with Catherine. She was very professional, super friendly, and talked through what i wanted and gave me her honest, professional opinion. I really appreciated her taking the time to listen to me, and have full confidence that she will do a great job next time I see her! I also loved the vibe in the salon-it’s not a giant, loud salon-y place, with stylists and people running all over the place-if that makes sense-which I love.

I had my hair colored for the first time in 10+ years by Catherine! She was fabulous! Did a great job, explained everything so thoroughly, answered all my questions and was so easy to talk to! Highly recommend!

I have been looking for a salon who can get my blonde the correct color for years. Catherine did an amazing job and my cut is fantastic as well. Very exceptional experience. I had a pre-launch party for my magazine last evening and everyone commented on my hair! My husband mentioned several times how much better it looks. Wish I had known about Meraki before! As a Charlotte resident since 1998, I’ve had the opportunity to have visited many top-notch salons, but Meraki is by far my new absolute favorite! Such a breath of fresh air! Somehow, this location has managed to blend the highest quality of products and service with an inviting, welcoming, charming environment - not a hint of snobbery. Courtney is of course my queen (y’all, seriously, she’s so fab), but everyone in the building seemed to know my name and have an authentic welcome smile and greeting for me. It was the best and I’m just thrilled with this gem of a find. Can’t say enough good things!

I don’t know if it’s her training and work experience in the competitive LA market or simply her good taste and natural sense of style, but Rachael does a great job every time. Salon is bright, comfortable and full of other talented stylists, too. Highly recommend.

So. Freaking. Good!
Was in the area and needed my highlights refreshed and a cut. I have curly hair so am always nervous when looking for a cut. Jessica on the phone was SUPER helpful and not judgy when I explained how I can be 'one of those people who come back' if i'm not happy. She put me with Lyndsay and Lyndsay 100% delivered. She also listened to alllll of my requests and concerns, we did a fall refresh and I loved it. She is SO gentle, normally my scalp hurts when I leave because pulling the curls and foils over and over, but I can honestly say I was able to finally relax and understand what people say when they enjoy getting their hair done. My hair is so important to me and I am so happy I went here. The salon is also so cute, clean and relaxing - luxury for sure without the stuffiness and judgment.

I am a longtime client of Lori Hefner, one of the owners of Meraki. At this point, it's kind of a team sport keeping my hair in line and every single stylist at the salon has worked on my hair over the years--they are all fabulously talented. Whether it's a color, cut, Brazilian blowout or just a regular blowout, I have never once been disappointed. The environment is chic but also warm, intimate and inviting--they're not trying so hard so hard to be "elite" like some of the other salons in town. And the service is unbeatable--they will bend over backwards to help make appointments work with busy work/travel/life schedules. At this point my husband and son even get their cuts here, too. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else--I'm a Meraki client for life.

Catherine was super welcoming and did a wonderful job with my hair. I went in for a trim with layers. My hair is so light and bouncy now. It looks and feels amazing!

Very welcoming the staff was so sweet and very fast service raven was my stylist and she did amazing definitely coming back. I was recommend everyone to come here!

All the ladies here are wonderful!! Catherine Harris is my fav but all the women are truly talented! Anna, Lindsay, Whitley - they are all invested in your hair! And the blowouts are amazing!!!

This team is the bomb! There’s no intimidation walking through the door. Every single staff member greets you like a long lest friend. They are punctual! And, their services are as good if not better than any salon in Charlotte (and I’ve been to every top tier salon in the city). If you are like me and not blessed by the good hair gods, you need a salon with a magic wand to make you look like it. This is the place.

The consultation and true sincerity shown by Courtney was exceptional! I ended up with a new style within the perameters of my ability to care for my own hair.

This was my first time going since my hair stylist switched over to this place. It was one of the best experiences going to a hair salon. I was greeted right away by one of the co-owners and inside the salon is beautiful. I love Courtney and what she does to my hair. I will forever go here unless I move.
