Starbucks

The staff here is always kind and attentive. They even remember my order since I come in every other day or so. The service is always on point and rarely do I have an issue with my order (If I do it's usually because of a supply chain shortage NOT employee error. As someone who has managed restaurants in the past, I can say with some certainty that this location is managed very well. They are never understaffed when I come in which is incredibly important since the pandemic struck and employees have been treated worse and worse by large corporate companies.

It's pretty on par with every other Starbucks that I've been into. If you've ever been to any Starbucks then it's going to be a lot like going to this Starbucks.

This location isn't very large but it does have a few tables inside if you're somebody that wants to sit and do some work while you sip on your coffee.

Every time I've been in here the staff has been very friendly and my drink order is accurate.

They are busy but your garanteed a "Welcome to Starbucks, what can I get for you."

I frequent this Starbs and really feel like the management has upped their game in the past few years. My drinks are always made in a timely manner, and they have always been great at re-making my drink in the rare case that something got left out. The morning shift manager, Donna, is awesome.

It's always nice to see Starbucks when you know you need a caffeine kick. In my personal opinion they are the brewsters of Brewers and they have never disappointed in any coffee beverage or any of their food that I've ever ordered. Starbucks staff at any I've ever been to have always been very professional and very nice and I'm always happy to tip driving through.

Very friendly, helpful, and quick. Brilliant coffee smells and good music choice for a coffee shop. I know Starbucks is a common coffee shop, but this one has definitely earned the rating I gave it.

Staff is almost always friendly, prompt and helpful! I love visiting here. I also appreciate how kind and respectful they always are to my elderly friend, who is a regular here.

Staff here is always super nice and want to get your order at very speedy, but with accuracy as well!

Their supply tends to run low on certain food items, so I suggest asking if they have something, and also having a backup plan if they don't have your original item.

The morning crew and management are doing a great job at this location. I’ve been very satisfied with my experience the last several times I’ve visited. Store was clean and orderly. Partners extremely friendly and attentive.

They’ve always been pretty quick with the drive through. However, if I’m in a hurry I put an order in from the app before I leave my house and I can just run inside and grab it right away. Super convenient. I do wish, however, they had better parking.

The employee in the drive-through window today at 8 am... the guy with blond styled hair: it has been SUCH a hard week for me and I've been completely out of it, thank you for being such a great person. This starbucks always has always treated me so well, and their employees are genuine people. If you go anywhere else, you are missing out.

Really hard to complain about the service here. Staff usually seem upbeat. Which considering how bad the drive thru can get is amazing. Drive thru will go out into the road at times.

Once forgot my mask and was using my shirt, and they offered me a mask. Which was beyond what I expected.

Specialty coffees can leave you feeling uninspired. I get a hot chocolate white mocha with a shot of chai and I should know that I have to stir it. I always figured for the price they could do a quick squish to stir it, but it is what it is

Aside from even that, I give this plate 5 stars for the staffs resilience during high demand from Mobile orders, drive thru, and walk-ins. Steller crew

I forgot my wallet, but didn’t realize until after I had already ordered in the drive through. I got to the window and apologized for wasting their time because I couldn’t pay for my coffee. The lady at the window gave me my coffee for free. Really made my day! I look forward to coming back to Starbucks and seeing that lady again, really made my day.

Your average Starbucks. But busier. Service is 5 stars, but the parking lot/room for the drive thru line is more like 2.5 stars. Not much anyone can do about it now, but it’s still frustrating. I tend to grab a drink for the road whenever I leave town, and that often takes 15 minutes, but as someone who used to drive thru all the time in Tulsa, that’s still just on the long end of average. Nice place to chill and study on the weekends if I can find a table

Stillwater desperately needs a second Starbucks; this one is pushed to its limit. Every time I've visited practically every table has been in use, no matter what time of day it is. That said, the employees here do a fantastic job keeping up with the demand. The wait times are slightly longer than some far less busy locations down in OKC, but they are quicker than you might expect for the volume of customers here. The store is very clean, and the baristas are amazing.

Nothing bad to say here. It's in a central location so it busy during the morning so pre-order or get there early. With the soon to be opening of the Holiday Inn steps away it will be crazy! Suggestion Starbucks build another one across town please!

It was good... the only bad thing was the waiting time like 20 minutes to be able to order..

I love coming here! Good Staff, wide selection of Coffee, Tea, snacks and food items. Very convenient location, especially for Mobile Orders! Only complaint is the price for anything. Otherwise, good atmosphere and Free WiFi.
