Bob Bradley of Mobility Plus Ballwin showed us the best customer service that we have seen in a long time. We rented a quality vehicle at a great rate, and the process was honest, straight-forward, and simple. We are grateful. This rental allowed us to see our first grandchild graduate two different commencement ceremonies in one weekend. That would not have been possible without Mobility Plus Ballwin.

After a fall in the home, my mom needed help gaining her independence back. I went into the store to look at the lift chairs. I was so pleased to find out they rented them. Mr. Bradley (owner) was so helpful and even showed me some items that I never even thought about. I purchased some safety bars and he was able to install them the very next day and deliver the lift chair. Wow!! Such incredible customer service!!! Recently traveled to St. Louis for a 4-day stay on business that involved a lot of walking around the Convention Center from meeting to meeting with very short intervals of time between so needed to rent a scooter with 350 lb. capacity that would be delivered and picked up from a downtown hotel. I called several companies in the area without luck. Thankfully I called Bob and his colleagues at Mobility Plus. Friendly, professional, and top notch service from start to finish.
