Everyone at Family Dental is so friendly and courteous. From the moment I walked in, the staff was inviting and made me feel welcome. Everyone is very well trained and knowledgeable of their job. Dr. Folks is fantastic. Erin did a great job of helping me be comfortable and explained what was being done during my appointment. I recommend Family Dental to anyone needing dental work.

Felicia and the Team at Family Dental Associates are great. First time patient at the office and from the time I walked in I was made to feel like a part of the Family. I appreciated the walk through tour where I was introduced to all of the smiling staff members and also the explanation of their Core Values and their passion as a business. They also talk about all of their other services not trying to up sell you anything. Just letting you know what's available.
I enjoyed being asked how I wanted to receive information and what my priorities around dental health were.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience inna dentist office. Felicia was so thorough and did a great job.

I am very impressed with Family Dental. I have been to several dentist offices and this place by far meets my expectations, and then some. Every single staff member I met or just walked past me, greeted me with a smile and welcomed me. My dental assistant (I think that is her title, she cleaned my teeth) was very attentive, personable, and informative. She made sure she understood MY needs and wants, and explained everything in great detail. The doctor was very nice and excellent “bedside manners” he too was informative and explained things very well. I left with not having to question anything they said as they explained and answered all my questions. I’ve got both my kids an appointment this week. Oh and I just called them last week and they got me in a week later. They are very consistent and organized. Thank you family dental for taking such pride in your business!

I have been going to Family Dental for 15+ years. I have never and would never think of going anywhere else. I recommend their practice to everyone who ask for a dentist. Both dentist are outstanding! They listen to you and care about your well-being. And their staff , well they are way better than chick fil a workers! They all go above and beyond and do it with love and kindness. Thank you for being you!

Incredibly friendly staff, stunning facility, and the best customer service we’ve encountered in a long time. We were blown away at the time and effort taken to make us feel appreciated and taken care of, especially for our young daughter who was experiencing her first dentist appointment.

If I could give even more stars, I would!! I love Erin and the whole staff are so sweet and they really work with you on everything. Definitely will be back and when my son is old enough this will be my first choice for his teeth care.

I was so nervous to try a new dentist office, I have only gone to one office my entire life and that dentist has now retired. As soon as I walked in I was cheerfully greeted by Ashley and Kim. Every single employee was so kind and considerate, and looked like they genuinely loved their job! They all make you feel so welcome and comfortable. I’m so glad I chose Family Dental!

I walked in with a bad attitude because of a very bad experience from the last dentist I went to. My attitude was totally different when I left. VERY awesome people that work there. They even gave me alternatives to a couple places to go elsewhere because they knew my financial situation, and all they cared about was getting the work done that was desperately needed. I have been going to Family Dental Associates for I don't even know how long now. Everyone is so friendly and caring. Both Dr. Folks and Dr. Keim are amazing. Walking into the office is like walking into a friend's house!

I do not enjoy going to the dentist. However, Family Dental made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. The staff is super friendly. Dr. Keim and Dr. Folks made me comfortable and answered all of my questions. I no longer have to search for a dentist. They make you feel like family! Highly, highly recommend!!!

I've always hated going to the dentist. This place is different, they are very welcoming and will do everything they can to make you comfortable. I needed extensive work done after a horse related accident and not going to the dentist for a while. They were very friendly and non-judgmental. When running insurance they went over out of pocket cost clearly and the best way to proceed to keep it as low as possible. I highly recommend going to Family Dental Associates for any of your dental needs. Shout out to the dental hygienists who helped with my last 2 appointments, Jessica and Taylor. They were very sweet and professional.

I absolutely love Family Dental Associates! They truly make you feel like family and you can't help but walk out with a smile. Erin is one of the sweetest, friendliest people you could ever meet. My whole family has had wonderful experiences with everyone there. And they are wonderful with kids! Dr Keim is always so kind and very good at explaining what needs to be done and why. I just really love everything about the office! Wonderful, caring, fun, friendly, Christian atmosphere!

I receive great care at Family Dental! Taylor is amazing and takes such great care of me. She takes time to make sure I understand the care I’m receiving and answer any questions I have. She makes sure I am comfortable and she genuinely cares about my health. And all of the support staff is so kind and helpful!
