A few years ago I checked with a couple of other real estate offices in Brevard regarding managing a rental property. I went into the office of one agency to discuss it with them. They were interested and took my contact information, but never got back with me. The second company - the agent was extremely rude and arrogant on the phone. I then went to Fisher Realty. I can't say enough good things about them (especially Amy Fisher). They listed/managed the rental property for us for a couple of years. They were outstanding with the job they did - always keeping us informed/updated. We then decided to sell the rental property plus a vacant lot. Again, they were superb. Fisher Realty and especially Pamela Summers Held our house sale together. The home we found online seemed perfect and everything was going smoothly, slowly we were moving 5 hours away to the Mountains! We viewed the inspection report with trepidation…Thank goodness Pamela was there EVERY DAY to make us feel more comfortable with the home that needed some work.. She found people to look at HVAC, yard work, roof, among others, you name it she found the contractor. Slowly we felt a little better… but at the last minute seller and , handyman misunderstandings almost derailed this closing…we did not know the morning of close if we would be homeless at the end of the day! Pamela and Amy Fischer stood FIRM and held money in escrow to get repairs done. We have bought and sold numerous houses and this was by far the wildest ride yet. Thanks Pamela for going above and beyond. Remember the internet finds you the home, but the Realtor keeps the deal together.

I just have to say, I can’t say enough good things about Amanda Gravley!! I found a house that I was interested in that was listed by Fisher Realty. I called the office phone number and Amanda answered the phone. From this one phone call, Amanda was my go to for everything!! My husband and I moved from Alabama to North Carolina and I can say with 100% confidence that we could NOT have done this move without her and all her hard work. The market has been absolutely crazy, but to be honest I looked forward to every phone call and/or text from Amanda because she was so great.
