Blue Spruce has figured life out — at least in terms of making exceptional gelato and a welcoming, well put together space for people to gather.
The most stressful part of my visit to Oklahoma was deciding which flavors to get. Naturally, I had to go two days in a row to fit it all in: Cookie butter, chocolate cake, coconut, and key lime pie. See my dilemma? All were superb. Somehow the cookie crumbs in the cookie butter were still crispy. How?! Magic. 🪄
I love ice cream. And I love great ice cream even more. Blue Spruce just raised that bar. Go here — and allow time to contemplate which flavors suit your mood that day.

Too many flavors to choose from to get just one. So narrowed it down to three choices, actually I think we'll a a bigger cup next time to get more its so good. You know that sound when you scrape the bottom of the cup to get ever drop when somethings really good...need I say more lol

I've been here three times and honestly the flavors that the owner comes up with absolutely blows my mind every time I go in. The layout is very cute as is the theme they have. Can't recommend this place enough!

They don’t carry affogato anymore but the coffee gelato is a close second! We love going later at night and watching downtown through the big floor-to-ceiling windows or taking our gelato to-go and enjoying it on the bench outside. Our fave dessert spot in Stillwater!

Truly a hidden gem. If you are a coffee snob like me, they have the best coffee roast I’ve ever had! We bought a package of roasted coffee beans and use it in our espresso maker at home.

Always the best gelato we’ve ever enjoyed! We happened to be in Stillwater for Thanksgiving time and enjoyed tasting the seasonal flavors. They’re apple pie and earl grey flavors were incredible🤩🤩🤩. Not only that, we experienced THE BEST customer service! The very kind server and I were chatting, and she accidentally dished a different flavor than I requested. She felt badly, but I insisted it was perfectly fine and enjoyed what she gave me. As my party and I were walking out the door, she approached one of my friends and gave them a cup of the flavor I had originally requested😃. How’s that for excellent customer service?! Love Blue Spruce, and we’ll be back!

Oh My Lanta this place is incredible, always clean and excellent service! They have Gluten Free and Vegan Options which is Incredible! My friends also love the coffee here. It is decorated so well. It's such a great place to hang out and chill with friends! :) I love the modern feel. I prefer this place to a normal coffee shop!

They have the best gelato! I can’t praise them enough. I go there every time I pass through Stillwater.

Honest to God, this is the best ice cream/gelato shop in Oklahoma. The flavors change a lot because of they believe in using fresh flavors. Whenever the Earl Grey gelato goes on the menu, I drive up to Stillwater to get it. Maybe an hour is too long to drive for ice cream, but this place is the exception. Great staff, clean shop, great flavors. The photo is their mixed berry with the earl grey.

The Gelato was AMAZING. The service was fast and it was in an adorable part of the city. This is one of my favorite places for a date day and there is a free library inside filled with books. I highly recommend this place

Blue Spruce is a cute little gelato shop situated in downtown. They have delicious gelato that is smooth and creamy. If you don't know what you want they will give you a sample. My partner and I like to have it for dessert after eat savory food next door.

They serve coffee as well but don't have any form of cream so you must enjoy black coffee if you plan to get some. I've taken some of their coffee beans home and made them, they are good quality and delicious as well.

This place is a-friggin-mazing! Beautiful decor. Awesome staff. They let me borrow a piece of tape. The Gelato is on point. Sweet lightbulbs. You gotta try this place.

Yummy gelato with a great selection and you can sit outside to enjoy your choice of sweet in a lovely corner of Stillwater.

Introduced my son to Gelato two weeks ago. Blue Spruce is now on our must stop shop list. We go everytime we are in Stillwater. My son loves the strawberry gelato, the lemon is very clean and refreshing, stole some of my husband's no bake cookie flavor today ..OMG! If you like no bake cookies, the no bake cookie gelato is amazing!!! Highly recommend. Staff is super nice and the shop is always clean.

Great gelato. I found it slightly overpriced. But that depends on perspective.

I love this place! I’ve been going here for years. It’s not only because their Gelato is always delicious, but it is also due to the quality of their coffee always being top notch. They roast their own coffee, and it is always excellent.

-I routinely recommend this place to my friends.
-I regularly purchase their their coffee for my own personal brew in the mornings.
-My wife and I regularly go on a gelato date here.

Delicious gelato and sorbeto! Key Lime Pie is a must!
