My favorite nail salon in the Triangle! I typically make an appointment with Thao for dip on my natural nails. She is creative, fun, and easy to talk to. She consistently checks in throughout the appointment to ensure I like my nails and am having a good experience. Her nail shape work is impeccable. While I usually get solid colors that I love, I’ve seen how INCREDIBLE the nail designs Thao create are. I never feel rushed and she takes her time to do quality work she is proud of. The salon is clean, comfortable, and family owned. All the staff are kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Phantastic Nails & Spa!

Fabulous nail spa!! My 2 daughters and I came for a Birthday. Wonderful People peaceful atmosphere! Super Clean We all got the Lavender Pedicure. I got a full set with French tips, 1 daughter got full set with nail art looks even better than the Inspo picture. My other daughter got gel mani. We love this business!!!

I haven’t gone to get my nails done in over three years because of a bad experience, I also have hypohtsrosis so I’m often shy about someone touching my hands. This place gave me the best experience Ive ever had. My technician was incredibly sweet, and even mentioned that I’m not the only one with the sweaty hands issue. A full set took under an hour AND came out amazing! I’m truly surprised they look this good in that time frame.. I’m going to go get my nails done from now on just to support the shop. My favorite nail salon in Raleigh! It is small and family-owned, only a few techs, so best to make an appointment if you can. I have been several times and always had great service. If you’re getting SNS/dip, make sure to make an appointment ahead of time b/c only the owner does dip, just an FYI! :)

I had previously went somewhere else to get my nails done and let me tell you... The quality difference is noticable. The staff was friendly, made my nails look fabulous and also taught me what to look for when getting my nails done. I definitely will return when I'm in the area! 10/10

This place is amazing!! The people are so kind and fun and make me feel so comfortable! Their prices are great and the quality is even better, I get dip powder and it lasts so long, the length and shape are perfect, and they aren’t too thick. I’ve been twice so far and am excited to be a regular customer!

I absolutely love getting my nails done here! Thao and Vivian always take great care of me, are fun and friendly, and make sure I am always happy with my nails. They fixed another salons bad work on my first trip here and now I'm a regular. They do a wonderful job on getting just the length and shape I'm looking for and my usually alternative or edgy styles never phase them. Highly recommend!

I came here for the first time, for a gel manicure. Lee did a great job and I’m so happy to have my nails looking cleaned up and cute again! Lee was also super sweet and I would definitely go to her again.

Love this salon! I went as a walk in over a year ago and have not gone anywhere else since. I get compliments on my nails all the time. Each tech asks throughout if you are happy with the shape/length/color/design etc. Thao is amazing, and I look forward to seeing her and her family every few weeks…she also plays great music which is a plus. Highly recommend going to Phantasic Nails and becoming a regular client.

This was my 2nd visit at Phantastic Nails and won’t be my last. Each visit has been filled with good vibes and conversation. My first visit was with an older nail tech who did a powder dip removal and basic manicure for me. They are always professional, kind, detail oriented and meticulous here with their work. I have been to so many nails spas since turning sixteen. Service and quality are two things I prioritize. Thao is very bubbly and takes pride in her business. I enjoyed chatting with her while receiving a powder dip service. Making an appointment is always easy and she is always willing to accommodate. Recently I visited a new nail spa and my nails have not been doing so well. I decided to make an appointment with Thao who recommended powder dip to nurse my nails back to health. I added tips for some length and absolutely love them. I did not have to wait at the start of my appointment time and Thao was able to multitask while another client was seen as well. We enjoyed some laughs and good music. Looking forward to my next appointment and happy to have this nail spa in my neighborhood.

After moving to North Carolina I received a recommendation from a friend to drive 30+ minutes to go get my nails done at Phantastic by Thao. I’ve gone twice so far and each time I leave with my nails looking incredible and for the first time my nails last ~4 weeks with no breaks. I highly recommend getting your nails done here!

Absolutely one of the best salons I’ve ever been to. They were honest and accommodating even during busy days, always letting me know, if I had to wait, exactly how long it would be. They did an amazing job with my bday nails & I came back to shorten them for work this weekend. The pedicure was awesome and relaxing and I loved the massage chairs. This is definitely my new go to spot after having some flops at other places recently.

Every time I come in to get my nails done, I am always pleased. I feel included in the atmosphere which is always a plus In nails salons. The attention to detail is my absolute favorite part! I will always highly recommend coming here! You will not be disappointed.

I have been coming to phantastic for almost two years and I’m honestly surprised I haven’t written a review yet! I absolutely love this place and have since my first set of nails. Family owned place full of individuals who go over and beyond to make sure you get what you want. I have never walked out with a set of nails I didn’t like and if I did I felt comfortable speaking up because of the atmosphere at phantastic. I cannot recommend this place enough. I tell everyone who complements my nails where I got them done. Thank you to Thao and the whole team!

Thao does amazing work and such a down to earth and genuine person. I have been to many nail salons. I went to one salon and got a fungal infection on my toes. It made me not go back for a long time. My first time back to a salon after that was to Phantastic nails. I have never felt so welcomed in a nail salon before. I love the atmosphere and the fact it’s a family business. Everyone is very sweet and genuine. Everything is very clean and disinfected. They take pride in their work. They do an amazing job and make sure that you’re happy each step of the way. I highly recommend giving them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Thao Phan of Phantastic Nails and Spa is sheer magic. The consistent quality is something you can rely on. I always get a dip manicure and gel pedicure. I never have issues with chipping or lifting because they take their time and do a great job. I don’t trust anyone else for my facial waxing because I know I can count on my brows looking exactly how I want every time. The shop is very clean and orderly which is exactly what you want from a nail salon and spa. Go ahead and book your services here because I promise you won’t be disappointed.

It was my first time at the salon and it was an amazing experience. Vivian did a great job and the rest of the staff was really nice and welcoming. Is the first salon on the Raleigh area that give me such a nice treatment. The salon was spotless and it shows that they take a great care on everything.
