Lake Gaston Jet Ski, Powersports and Marine

We worked with this group on the purchase of a new pontoon boat, and could not have been more pleased with the experience. Matthew and Josh were knowledgable, responsive and helpful at every step of the process. Where other dealers struggled to return a phone call and provide basic information, these folks exceeded expectations and delivered a quality product at a fair price. Each time we visited, the staff greeted us like friends and treated us like family. This is the best team on the lake, and we plan to work with them for years to come!

These people are some of the nicest folks you’ll ever meet. I usually don’t leave a review until after I have utilized a businesses services completely. I was delightfully surprised with the great customer service by all of the staff that I spoke with, so much that I wanted to go ahead and post about my positive experience. When I called and spoke with the staff inquiring about JetSki rentals they were very informative and very helpful and just so polite. They made the confirmation process smooth. I ask a lot of questions :) and the young lady that I spoke with to confirm the reservation (I believe her name is Katie) was so informative and seemed more than happy to help. I hope the owner reads these reviews and understands the level of great customer service that the staff is providing. Keep up the great work everyone. We are really looking forward to our weekend and we appreciate the hospitality.

Lake Gaston Jet Ski Is absolutely wonderful. They've helped us sell a boat and maintain 3 boats and a jet ski. Every time, they've been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Kenny and his team have gone above and beyond to tackle each project in the most professional way possible. I'm super excited that they just became a Sanger dealer too! They've already helped us with a few projects on our Sanger v215 SX, which is an AMAZING boat. I can't recommend them enough.

We are down here on vacation and our jet ski trailer decided to shed parts. Josh and Matt helped us out with a great deal on a leftover trailer. The transaction was easy and their communication was great!

It's a five star marine service shop. They will treat you better than your family does! They may not be cheap but quality never is. There's fixed then there's fixed correctly, this is the latter. I live in Garner and drive the 90 miles to bring my ski here because they do such a great job.

Just wanted to say Great Job to Matt and Mike. I purchased a 2021 Suncatcher Tritoon last October and wasn't given the Best info from Anthony who is no longer there. I took it back about 2 months ago for some winter repairs (Over a 5 hr round trip) and picked it up. On the way home had a major issue arise. Called Mike and he said let me see what we can do. Called me back and said please bring it back and we will look at it. Never promised to fix it, just that they would look at it. I took it back (another 5hr trip) and expected to not be happy when we left. Boy was I wrong!!!! To say they exceeded my expectation would be a understatement. Hat's of to some of the Best customer service in the world. I'm in the customer service business and I was very impressed. To the owners I would only say to keep and hire more like Mike and Matt and you will be in business for a very long time. I will be back for service and to get another boat!!!! They are worth the 5hr round trip each time!!!

People tend to only take time to share bad experiences on the internet but I wanted to share my experiences with Lake Gaston Jet Ski And Powersports . I would recommend them to everyone. When the wife and I wanted our first boat we saw one on the lot that we liked and after talking to the sales staff we purchased. I have made plenty of new purchases in my lifetime and will say that this one one of the smoothest transactions I have ever made . The staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and not once pushy. After such a wonderful first experience, a year later when we wanted a Side by Side it was a no brained to go back and check with them . They listened to what we wanted, recommended what they thought we needed and had us set that day and delivered it to the house for me because I did not yet have a trailer to haul it . They have stood behind both purchases with excellent service and they will be my recreational machine provider from here on out .

Absolutely amazing service experience here with Tyler. Engine wouldn’t start and all other places were telling me 2-4 weeks lead time. Tyler was able to come out the next day and showed me what the problem was, explained why it happened and showed me how I can switch out the fuse going forward. Lake Gaston Jet Ski & Powersports is one of the friendliest businesses at Lake Gaston. Within a small community like our lake, we take pride in our small business and their employees. The employees are great and can answer just about every question with ease. They have a great rental program, even through the struggles with the pandemic and keeping the fleet up to par, they go out of their way to cater to any customer and their needs. Talented mechanics, educated managers, and overall great staff.

Mathew was a pleasure to work with coming from 2.5 hours away. Fair pricing and honest business! I would recommend them to anybody looking for sides by side. Well worth your drive! Thanks again Mathew and team.

We had 3 families, 6 adults and 7 children out at the lake. One family had 2 jet ski's, and I decided to rent a pontoon boat where others saw it as unnecessary since boat rentals are so expensive (we spent twice as much renting a boat as we did on splitting the cost of the airbnb). It was likely the best-spent money of the trip. The boat worked well the whole time, and it acted as home base for the jet skis on the water as well as island hopping for swimming holes for 2 days. Everyone that helped us was very kind, and even understanding when I was unable to find the dock I was supposed to meet them at. We had an amazing weekend with our 3 families, and the team at Lake Gaston Jet Ski and Powersports were absolutely a contributing factor. I would recommend them to anyone.

Larry Liles, Carol, Anthony Copeland and all the rest of the staff at Lake Gaston Jetski are professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and above all, the friendliest and most customer oriented people I have ever purchased from. I am 48 years old injured in 2007 that put me in a wheelchair. They made me and my wife feel like family. They are very well equipped to do just about anything you may need for your jet ski,boat, or side x side or Atv. It is a pleasure to call them friends. They are working on my 2018 Zforce 800 ex esp hand controls and Dirt specialties doors. Can’t Thank everyone there for their help in getting me back in the woods and trails.
This place is best at what they do and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for some excitement. Jet skis ATV’s Side x Side and more give them a call they will be more than happy to help.

Rented a WaveRunner from them last week and it ran great and was in good condition, unlike the one we rented from another rental business on the lake last year. Great people to work with and based on my experience will rent from them again next time.

Recently had to take my CFMOTO there to have the water pump seal replaced Anthony is a great guy he helped me out a lot with all of it done awesome job on it and I will be going back for tires and rims from him would you recommend this place to anyone
