Drugco Discount Pharmacy

I tried traveling the extra miles to CCS in South Hill VA and found they were rude and abusive. I may pay a little more at Drugco but it is worth it for their excellent, friendly customer service.

I have never had an issue with buying in their store or getting my prescriptions filled out. Usually they even help me to find the best rates using GoodRX

Best drug store around, the staff and especially the pharmacists are very helpful.

I've been using this pharmacy for almost 10 years and have nothing but praise. The wonderful staff have gone over and above during very difficult times (medically) and have always gone out of their way to be helpful and supportive. I don't usually make online reviews, but this is one that I should have done a long time ago.

I have dealt with this Drugco since they opened and have had nothing but exceptional service from everyone! Weldon, one of the pharmacists, is outstanding and a true asset to Drugco and our community! He has gone out of his way to help me with questions and is always willing to help as are the rest of the employees. Love my Lake Gaston Drugco!

I save over $400 going here compared to other big competitors.... I.e. Walgreens, CVS, Walmart Definitely worth the drive. Employees are very nice and helpful! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Pathetic beyond belief! Pharmacists are supposedly highly trained, this one can't figure out how a calendar or a phone works, or how to count to 120 correctly! They screw up my prescription every single month without fail, and then try to blame it on my doctor. (I'm not exaggerating - EVERY MONTH!) They gave me numerous controlled prescriptions with the WRONG NUMBER of pills in the bottle! Sometimes they give me more, sometimes less - obviously not counting at all!

UPDATE:
They found this review and tried to make me remove it! Could not be more unprofessional or illegal! I had to go without my important medications for a day because of this! Pharmacist Taylor Hightower is unfit for the job and complaints have been filed with the NC board of pharmacy. She is both arrogant and incompetent.

If you use this pharmacy you are putting your health at risk!

Check out their Yelp reviews. Minimum wage workers from Warren county are worthless trash, and so is this pharmacist.

So, I came in today to ask if the store could fill some balloons we had purchased for a birthday party, as most of you know character balloons can get quite pricey, upon asking Joe if this could be done, he said yes, he takes the balloons and proceeds to begin his very simple task, the very first balloon, a character balloon, he over inflated and it burst...... standing there in disbelief,he makes a joke, I assure you this was not funny. He completed his very simple task, walks over hands me the rest,and walks off, no apology, no attempt at all for compensation, honestly the rudest experience I believe I've ever experienced. While this meant nothing to him, my brother, who has downs syndrome will not be getting his Scooby Doo themed birthday party.Thanks Joe!

Poor communication when it came time to have a medicine transferred there from another pharmacy. I'd rather travel to a bit for better customer service.
