Mrs. Pappas is a wonderful attorney. She works very hard for her clients. She was able to navigate me through my divorce and custody and was able to achieve the outcome I was hoping for. She has always been very prompt when returning emails or calls and she is very informative. More than anything Mrs. pappas is a very kind soul. She genuinely cares for her clients and wants the best for you and your family. I highly recommend.

Don't have 1min of your time for a secretary to answer.... not worth my time to wait for a callback. Don't like my review.... blame Google, I wouldn't bother..... minus its opinion.

I am getting phone calls about paying attorney fees when I have been left with no ability to do so. All that was done was typing in numbers for $5500 worth of fees so I can pay almost half of my paycheck to child support and not be able to afford cost of living. All I have been given in response is "Ignore what she is doing to harass you" (which is a LOT) and "Can you live with your parents at 44 years of age since you can't afford cost of living?" Great service (with an abundance of sarcasm). Every time I asked for help or even advice, I only received "Ignore it". So what am I supposed to do with the threats of being sent to collections now from the attorney herself now that she put me in a a position to lose my home and not see my son because I have no home? Great service! (again with an abundance of sarcasm)

I found Ms. Pappas online though her Youtube video. I called her office and spoke to a very nice receptionist who told me Ms. Pappas offered free consultations and to expect a call back by the end of the week (this was a Tuesday). Two weeks later I had still received no response. I called back and spoke to another woman who apologized and guaranteed I'd have a call back in 48 hours. Here we are two weeks later and no call. I understand attorneys are busy, but if you can't return a phone call for a potential client, how do you treat your actual clients? There are plenty of attorneys in Stillwater- ones who actually want business.
