Called in the morning and like an hour later Shannon was at our house. Took him less than 20 minutes to diagnose the problem and he was done in an hour. They even came in under the original estimate. Definitely impressed and would definitely recommend.

This is the first time we have had AC issues at our house. I called Advantage, and less than 24 hours later, a technician was at our house. The employee was extremely nice and talked me through each process and procedure he was going to perform. Before he ever did anything, he asked me if I was okay with that, and told me the price that it would cost.

Within an hour, he had figured out the problem, and fixed it. I am extremely happy with the service I was provided with!

The technician from Advantage was very knowledgeable and friendly. He solved plumbing problems that my house had and no one else did before. He did everything in a very good time and with excellent results. I’ll have no doubt to call Advantage again if I ever need.

Tech was on time and found the issue with the outside unit pretty quick.
I appreciated his patience in explaining the short and long-term
issues I was dealing with and gave options to consider going forward.

Austin arrived on time was very professional...he diagnosed the problem and begin working to repair. He was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done. Even took a video to show me my unit was functioning correctly. I recommend this company for your repairs.

We had an undetermined underground leak from three possible sources, City Water of Stillwater (were great in telling) told us a leak, of 30-40 gal/hr, was present on our City Water to the House; with 5 toilets, an equal number of showers, and a swimming pool no less, but the guys persisted in locating and fixing each leak, a couple we didn’t even suspect. The same two were used constantly and listened and worked through with my idea to prevent having to down-grade the whole house). They also saw an opportunity for repairing the whole-house under-Slab City water line without digging, breaking up a slab, or spilling any water or oil! They guys were on time and we enjoyed their professional service and open attitude. they may cost a bit more, but you certainly get your money back in return!

I had a gas leak leading to my cook stove. They needed to replace a couple of items and actually needed to make two trips to get it done. They were on time, professional, and did a great job. I would definitely use again.

Very impressed with Chris Surles with Advantage. He was professional, fast, and got straight to work on the problem. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to fix the water leak I was having on my outside water spicket. He had to replace the whole thing too and did phenomenal work. Highly recommend Chris from Advantage Plumbing. Keep up the high quality service and attitude. It shows and it matters.

I contacted Comfort OK / Advantage in the afternoon and they had a technician that same evening in OKC. Austin did a great job. He was professional and his troubleshooting solved the problem. Another contractor said I "probably" needed a whole new system, Austin was able to replace one part that fixed the problem. Austin was knowledgeable and explained the issue in detail. Highly recommend.

The only people I trust for plumbing and HVAC needs! They are honest, work hard and have even stayed late on a Friday night for us to have cool air in the summer. They always get us in quick and offer a military discount.

My AC went out on the hottest day in Oklahoma history. I called Advantage Plumbing Heat and Air and they were there the next morning. They’re very thorough and explain everything that’s wrong, how and what they need to fix it. My AC was up and running within 2 hours and blows good cold air again. We had to fix our main waterline in our extended yard. We called around town, some plumbing companies do not have the equipment to detect the breakage. A friend told us about Advantage Plumbing who gave great advice on the options and we realized the most cost-effective way was to replace the line with a newer type of pipe. It turned out they truly have great crew, especially the “Advantage guy on TV”, Trent. He is SUPER! He quickly came over with crews to establish a temporary waterline for us. We really appreciated this prompt service. They followed up with a great job trenching and re-routing with a line made with state-of-the-art materials to fix all the problems. It was a big job and they continued working into the evening getting it done-- we sincerely appreciated that. We are very happy with their great work, we would like to highly recommend to everyone to use their service.

Our heating system was having issues. The blower would kick on, go for a few seconds before firing up correctly. Eric with Advantage PHC worked on it, and found the computer chip that runs the thermostat and fires off the blower was shorted out. Someone drove to Tulsa to pickup the chip board to make sure it was the right one, so we could have it fixed the next day. Friendly people, great service from the office to the techs. They call and let you know what they are doing and when they will be there. Best service we had in years. The cost was very reasonable.I highly recommend them.

Advantage has exceeded my expectations every time. They replaced my AC . There was damage to the unit during shipping that was not seen until unboxing at my house. They had a new unit the next day to install.

I scheduled service on a different unit later. I was going to be out of town so it was scheduled for a few weeks later. Steve called to check and try to get me an earlier appointment.

Austin the service tech was very professional, on time as promised (although it began raining, Austin continued performing the needed service request)and very informative as to the continued requirements of maintenance on my system. He also explained the services the company offers. Great company that provides services to multiple home systems.

Had HVAC condensation line stop up over a weekend and start leaking water into our ceiling. Called advantage and they had someone out within the next morning. Plumber was on time and professional. Would definitely use Advantage again in the future! Was great to have someone with 24 hour emergency service, as many others did not offer this. Their being able to come on a weekend and so quickly helped the water leak not turn into a disaster like it could've.

They installed a new shower head in master bathroom.
Unfortunately only part of it works. On the toilet, they installed a new flapper, but the toilet is still not working properly. Not good result’s. The guys were very professional etc. But did not complete their mission! Also, resend me the invoice again.
