I can’t tell you how much we appreciate Pamela Hale. We began our search for a lake home at Lake Gaston and knew nothing about the area. We found her on Zillow and reached out with a question and she replied immediately. We toured the area with Pamela a few times to get a good handle on what options were out there and let me tell you, she is so knowledgeable about the areas she covers and about real estate in general. We were seriously considering a house that had some major repairs and she quickly got on the phone and talked to a couple of people who were able to provide us with information on potential timelines and associated costs. She was able to answer all of our questions related to different sections of the lake as every location has different fees, taxes, and regulations.

When we finally decided on a house, we had many questions about closing attorneys, boathouse permits, boat dock builders, and utility companies, etc. She has a wealth of connections and knowledge that made our transactions so simple. It's great to have someone to help guide us through the entire moving process versus disappearing once we signed the contract.

Over the course of 3 years, Pamela worked to find us the perfect LKG home. Always being very patient and understanding with our indecisiveness and very long (often unrealistic) "wish list".
