Best hiking boots I've ever owned! This store was located in Tanger's Outlet mall in Charleston. Our salesperson, Arden, was so nice and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we found the right shoes for our needs and that they fit the way they should!

I had the best customer service experience at this Tanger outlet location. The sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and even scanned my feet with this machine to ensure that I purchased shoes that were the right fit for what I needed and the shape of my feet. I highly recommend this particular location for that reason alone not to mention the shoes, having been selected so carefully, are already so comfortable on my feet.

They have a nice selection on shoes for the entire family. The sales associate was more than helpful and she didn’t even get upset with us trying on so many pairs of shoes. Walked out there with 5 new pairs.

Will definitely go back.

Always get Merrell shoes, they're the only ones that last more than a year on my feet. The new gortex is sooo light! And waterproof! Plan to buy 2 pairs so you can get that savings!

Great shoes!!! The best colors, styles and fitting shoes ever!! I bought 4 pairs of shoes! I will never buy any other band of shoes ever again. I can't say enough about there great shoes.

Great staff. I had purchased a pair of hiking shoes online and they were too small by a half size. Staff had me in-and-out with properly sized shoes in less than 5 minutes. Excellent staff, excellent service, excellent product.

Only thing I could add would be the name if the folks who took care of me so I could publicly recognize them. I didn't thing about this until now.

Great sales going on at Merrell. The store is an outlet store the items on the website will not be what you find in store. However it is a great selection and good prices. When we went we had buy one get two 50% off

Needed to get some new "walking from the car to the campsite" boots. Went in expecting to spend a lot more money than I did, but the staff, when they heard what we were looking for, directed us to the sale racks in the back. Score!

She seemed to take it as a challenge to find something on sale for both the wife-unit and myself, and she succeeded.

My wife and I stopped by to get hiking shoes for our grandson, a new boy scout. The store manager could not have been more helpful. We also had his much younger brother with us. He can be a handful. Long stoy short, she entertained the little one, helped our scout get a great looking pair of boots at a very reasonable price and made us both very happy! So much so we also bought the little one a pair of shoes. Great selection, excellent service. Our first vist there but not our last

I'm very fortunate that Merrell has an outlet in the area. The prices are generally better than their website, and best of all, they actually stock size 15 in nearly every style. If you like Merrell shoes, or are not familiar, you should definitely check them out.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the staff have always been great as well. Offering just the right amount of help as you need it.

My wife and I bought walking shoes. Staff is always very helpful. The shoes are top quality and priced very well. They always have sales. Today it was buy one & get 40% off the second.

This store is located in the Tanger outlets, just off of 526 at international boulevard, there are a lot of stores and other restaurants in this area, I highly recommend the Merle outlet store, the two ladies working inside we're very very helpful, went out of their way to find just what you needed or were looking for, or help you make up your mind, they were very professional and top-notch in every respect, and they went out of their way to give extra discounts, it was a great shopping experience

Giving a *BIG* shout out to Nicole at the Tanger Charleston Merrell Store. I'm normally a pretty self-sufficient guy and get my Merrell gear online, but was a little confused about some of their old & new shoes. Well, every question answered and all options were explored. Nicole really took her time made me feel like a VIP.

Great place. Love being able to try on hiking boots and such in person. While Merrell has an excellent website nothing beats being able to truly fit a shoe and just be done right.
