Bath & Body Works

Bath & Body Works is a spacious store located at the Tanger Outlets. It has a large variety of candles, fragrances, soaps, lotions, and other items. The prices are good, especially on clearance items. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. My wife and girls absolutely love this store!

Mrs Cynthia Wiggins and Mrs Kailey did a great job helping me out. They always give great customer service and I love coming to this location because everyone is so helpful and nice. Mrs Kailey is a great manager if you ever need help with anything. She always goes over and beyond to help and will make sure you leave there satisfied. Thanks for making my visit a great one your the best.

The ladies are always helpful when finding products and recommending new scents. They're always knowledgeable about deals and promotions as well as the product placement in the store as well. My service dog Cookie is always happy to go here as well because the staff makes her feel welcome too.

Just came into Tanger Outlets Beth & Body Works. Johannah was a big help with me and setting up my rewards membership. Charlie gave me superb customer service and introduced me to what is perhaps now my favorite body cream and Wallflower fragrance. I recommend trying out Gingham Legend for Men.

I visited this location today (2/3/23) and 20/10! I’m so sorry I don’t remember the gentleman’s name (Ronnie,maybe?) but he was the NICEST person I have EVER met! He was so kind and so helpful helping me find what I needed today. His assistant manager? ALSO AMAZING!!! The cashier was so nice too. If every store had people this friendly, they’d be a never ending line.

This is the time of year you get the best sales and specials here. I have taken full advantage of their good deals and shopped at least three times over the holiday season. Wonderful fragrances and quality products. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

I love bath and body works. Some may say they are a little expensive but it's worth it to me. They have someone greet you at the door and tell you what's on sale, what sales the most, and are happy to help you shop if you are struggling with anything you're trying to find. I always buy the fragrance I like in bundles ( lotion, body wash, perfume, etc). What a wonderful place!

I love this place, great gift ideas, candles, lotions and aromatherapy products as well. Staff is always super helpful and kind. Sign up for emails and get exclusive coupons. So visit grab a basket( you will need it) and shop til you drop.

All of the sales people were so sweet and helpful. Every person said hi to me and offered their assistance. Definitely the best B&BW in the Low Country.

The customer service here was absolutely amazing! The employees were so nice and very knowledgeable about their products and even informed me about their return policy for my 100% satisfaction. You don't get customer service like this these days unless you're at chickfila.
