Aspen Dental

Aspen dental was a great choice in my opinion, they are amazing! From beginning of my visit to the end of my visit, very thorough, respectful, making sure you’re doing alright through the process of X-rays, and examination. They explained what course of action we should take and gave me multiple options on how to proceed with my dental work. I’m definitely not a fan of the Dentist but I’m looking forward to going back and getting my teeth back in good shape. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. Nothing in my past dental experience compares to this! Thank you again!

I’m a new customer and in need of a few procedures and services. My initial X-rays and exam was quick and easy but thorough. The staff is super nice and professional. I would recommend this Aspen location to anyone. This review is based on my first visit.

Very satisfied, I had a dental emergency Friday night and was able to schedule an appointment online at 10:00 pm for Saturday morning WOW. I was surprised they were open and able to help me on a Saturday I'm very satisfied with the efforts they put in to make sure they could squeeze me in for my dental emergency on such short notice!

Every single person in this office is the nicest person I have ever encountered and they are patient and explain everything so thoroughly. Other than the actual dental work it was a great experience.

Just had to get a tooth pulled by Dr. Moo Kim it was a very good experience. I would like to thank him and his staff for doing an awesome job. Can’t forget all the awesome staff at Aspen Dental thank you for the hospitality and fine customer service.

It was an amazing experience from start to finish! Really impressed with how knowledgeable, caring, and up front everyone was. I have to say it was the first time I went to the dentist, and didn’t have a hassle.

From the smile I received from the reception, getting x-rays by the technician, getting my gums checked by the hygienist, meeting the dentist, to finally meeting the office manager, every interaction, every question, and every person was pleasant and thorough. I felt very comfortable all the way through my first visit with them. I look forward to a continued relationship with this office.

From the start of when I called the Lebanon office #1096 I was amazed how nice and helpful they were and saw the office manager go above and beyond to help me get my tooth taken care of being pulled . She understood the importance of needing it done with my situation being 5 hours away from home and me going to be out on the road for a couple weeks. The whole office deserves 5 stars. The office manager deserves more than five stars. The time and effort she put in looking for a way for me to get it pulled and customer service she demonstrated was off the charts . I had been there before about 4 years ago.
My dentist this time was great. She took the time to explain everything and go over my X-rays. Best experience I have had with a dentist.

I was out town in a trucking class . I had a tooth that had been hurting me and I was fixing to be going out for a couple weeks and I didn’t want to have a tooth that was bothering me. I called this office. Right out of the gate I felt like I had called the right place. Sarah had made me feel completely comfortable. The x-ray took her time and did amazing job to not hurt me any more than I was already feeling. The dentist said that I had to get it pulled and she wasn’t sure she would be able to get me in but would find some where that would. Omg and that’s exactly what the office manager did . Jessica she called and called around till she found somebody who get get me in Friday 27 . The whole time she kept me informed waiting on a response from this person or that person and she had one more she could call. Jessica there office manager went so far out of her way. The whole office at # 1096 gets five stars . I’d really like to give their office manager five stars in professional service, communication skills, customer care. Thank you all . Especially thank you Jessica .

I was suffering from an dental emergency with alot of pain. Having moved recently from out of state I didn't have a local dentist, I called and to my surprise I had within 2hours I was being taken care of. The tech Brandy and Dr. Pocono were extremely gentle so as I would feel as little pain as possible during examination and xrays. Dr. Pocono was very thorough in explaining future steps that needed to be done. Jessica in accounting was incredible. She provided me several payment options that would not stress out my budget or me. Overall my experience was enjoyable and I would not hesitate to recommend others or return myself.

Today I went to Aspen Dental and as we all know nobody likes going the dentist but today was a good experience. All the staff were kind and helpful. Looks like I'm going to be getting to know them pretty well lol my mouth is a mess but I'm really looking forward to there help in correcting all my problems. I would recommend them for sure .

Everyone was really caring and understanding, they worked with us as much as possible in a calm, professional yet reassuring manner. They made getting two shots in the mouth as quick as they possibly could.

Dr. Watts and his staff are amazing. Great customer service and very welcoming. They definitely have a new patient, I'll continue using this office for my dental needs.

I went to have a broken tooth in my upper denture replaced in Lebanon, Tn. The workmanship that was done was excellent!!! Also the people I spoke with were extremely accommodating.

The entire staff were amazing!! Very professional and friendly. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. Will be referring this location to everyone 🥰
