Ortiz Contractor

My husband and I highly recommend Ortiz Contractor. They did an OUTSTANDING job with renovations on our home. We are extremely happy with everything. Thank you all for a job well done.

Ortiz trimmed two large branches over my roof and cleaned up my yard that had been neglected for many years. I must say I am impressed. All of my neighbors and passerbys have commented on how nice it looks. Ortiz was priced reasonably , communicated well, completed work in a timely manner and were considerate of my property. They even hosed my car off after they were done. I will be using them for future remodeling projects.

Me and many of our surrounding neighbors use them. We love working with them. They are well price and so quality work.

I wish I could give zero stars! Beware of this rip off artist named Ariael Ortiz!!!
He will not come back to fix problems with his work.

1. He didn't put insulation in the proper places. I found out a month later when I went in the attic.
2. His electrician moved the panel and did such a terrible job that I had to hire another electrician ($1,100 later) to correct problems that would cause a fire.
3. He wouldn't come back to straighten out a crooked cabinet that his subcontractor installed.
4. His plumbers did a terrible job at their finish work. (Please see pictures)
5. When you ask him to correct things he gets angry and makes excuses.
6. His carpenter was good.

STAY AWAY from Ortiz Contractors.

To top it off he wanted a complete payment for his work before he was finished. He constantly asked for more money when I only owed him $1,000 out of a $27,000 project. I finally gave in and held $200 so that he would come back. BUT HE NEVER CAME BACK.

The owner of the company Salvador is very unprofessional. We signed contract with him and all he wants is money. All what was included in contract he signed as not doing it at all and want extra money. Don’t hire him he is a liar and unreasonable person. The worst experience ever. We got few friends who had the same issue with him when he took the money and never done the job. Look at the electrical panel, what they have done to my electrical panel. This is dangerous!!! Avoid this company and this guy!!!
