The class was informative and helpful. It was easy to understand and retain the knowledge due to a well created workflow and review process per section. They’ve been extremely responsive to all questions I’ve asked either via email, text or chat on the main webpage. Fortune Academy staff and the classes were great. Adam is always there to promptly answer any question that I had.. (and I had a few) I took the class virtually, my instructor Steve was so easy to follow along with. He used great examples to help make the understanding so easy. I definitely recommend Fortune Academy to anyone.

Lonnie Daniels was my instructor and I would recommend him to anyone. He made the class fun and comical and had great ways of helping students retain information (during my exam, I kept repeating some of his sayings).
Fortune Academy made the class accessible by offering online classes. I was able to take my 60-hour and 30-hour courses from home with the same instructor.

Fortune Academy of Real Estate is really the only real estate school that I will ever recommend in South Carolina! The course was well taught, entertaining, and very helpful knowledge to know and remember for the exam. Adam with Fortune Academy has been very helpful from the pre-course questions I had and post course questions. Great property management course! My instructor was very well-versed and direct with the information as well as making the zoom class go by quickly! I passed the course. Looking forward to getting my state license. May go back for the property manager in charge course. I think I was the oldest one in class but felt right at home ✌🏻

In 2009 I attended Fortune Academy/York Technical College for my Real Estate Salesperson Course and had an amazing experience. The instructor was patient, kind and knowledgeable. My new experience with Fortune Academy's 30 HR Property Management online interactive course was a bit different, but still filled with useful information that is easily digestible for beginners. All in all I am happy with my experience and the affordability of their Real Estate Courses.
