Outstanding Customer Service!! We bought our home 3 years ago and they came out to do measurements at that time. We decided to go a cheaper route since we had to cover 90% of the home with hardwood and carpet. Today, I was ready for the premium carpet and padding for our living room. They still had our measurements on file. It was so easy to go in, shop for exactly what I wanted and get it installed a week later. They did a fantastic job and the living room is not only stunning but the floor feels like what I can imagine Heavens floors would feel like. They offered us 6 months 0% financing...this whole thing was nothing but a WIN WIN situation!! We'll do business again when we're ready to replace the flooring in the spare bedrooms. As soon as I came into Carpet One I was greeted with a warm welcome. The staff was always very friendly and professional. They helped me pick out a beautiful carpet within my budget and installed it within days. I would highly recommend them for any flooring needs.

These guys without a doubt earned those 5 stars and I’d give them more if I had the option to. I called yesterday with a dilemma and running out of options to complete my project. These guys responded and told me to come in anytime. My wife and I showed up the next day and they followed through without any reservations about it. After several trips to Lowe’s and Home Depot for flooring, we finally discovered a true flooring store in Denison, Gold Star. John was extremely knowledgeable; helping us find exactly the waterproof flooring we needed. The selection was huge! The flooring arrived on time - within two days. Also, the flooring was better quality and 20 cents cheaper per square foot than the Ultra flooring we’d been considering from Lowe’s. We’re very happy with the product, and extremely satisfied with the service received from Tyler and John. Thanks you guys for ending our two week search for 100% waterproof flooring!

John is very helpful and attentive and he will also just let you browse to your heart's content. And he is very good West colors that go with other colors and things like that and I just like it there and they will be installing my carpets in my home
