Troy Long, DDS General & Aesthetic Dentistry

I had my first appointment at Dr. Long's office a few weeks ago and I feel I made a good choice. Mary (front desk) has been wonderful at scheduling my appointments and contacting my insurance company. Gina (hygienist) gave me the BEST cleaning and examination ever! Dr. Long is friendly, professional, and has treated me well. I highly recommend this practice.

I have had severe dental anxiety for many years, to the point that I refused to go to the dentist. I have sensory processing issues and really struggle with the whole experience. Dr. Long’s office was recommend to me through a friend and I decided to give it a shot. It took about 6 months to get on the calendar (which was fine by me). I finally had my appointment this week and it was well worth the wait. Gina, the dental hygienist was so incredibly kind and gentle. I typically have to use my headphones throughout the whole appointment and didn’t have to use them one time. She explained everything before she touched me and did a great job of keeping me distracted through the cleaning. This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had and I highly recommend for anyone who struggles with dental appointments. 10 stars!

First, I started going to Dr. Long & his team - had a fantastic experience with a crown replacement from a previous dentist - Dr. Long did a fantastic job and matched the color perfectly. Then, my husband started going and enjoyed it. Then, I moved my kids from a local pediatric dentist over. Previously my daughter had been scared, screaming & crying at dentist appointments. Ms. Gina the dental hygienist is SOOO fantastic, she’s an answer to prayers. My 4YO daughter just had her first visit to the dentist where she actually was smiling, laughing & we were able to get her teeth cleaned. I’m so grateful for this team and their professionalism & experience. My whole family see the Dr. Long team now!

Always a great experience at Dr Long’s! He is so friendly and approachable and Gina is just awesome! She is a light and I always leave feeling blessed to have been in her chair!

Amazing experience at Dr. Long’s office. From initial phone to them squeezing me in right away!! Dr. Long and staff went ABOVE & BEYOND to fix my dental emergency!!

I have been going to Troy now for a few months getting some work done that was needed and the work that he does is superior to any other dentist I have gone too, very patient & communicative and the work is done right first time. Highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Long and his staff are so very nice!!! You feel comfortable and feel that they are trying to do their very best to help you! They found that I had a suspicious place which turned out to be cancer! Praise God for their conscientious work!!!!! I highly recommend Dr. Long, the dental hygienist, assistants and the office staff!!!!!

OMG!! Today was the most AWESOME dental visit I have ever had. Totally pain free. Dr. Long and Brandy are the BEST ever. Everyone there is so nice and sincere. They sure do make you feel so comfortable and at ease. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a dentist office. I can't wait to go back for a cleaning. LOVE this place!!

I rarely post reviews, but in this case, Dr. Long's service and professionalism deserves it. He genuinely cares for his patients and does everything to make their dental visit as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend him and his extraordinary staff.

Dr. Long and the staff (Gigi & Brandy) are all so gentle. They talk to you as they work letting you know what to expect and what they are doing. Put my permanent crown on yesterday and it is such a perfect fit I felt nothing new in my mouth when I left. Great option if you are looking for a dentist.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to the Dental staff. I was there for a preventative checkup. Very professional staff but a fun environment. Had a good time with the hygienist in a very relaxed environment. Took their time with me and received a thorough and honest evaluation. Gave good suggestions on where I can improve my dental hygiene.

Dr. Long and his staff have taken care of mine and my family's teeth for years. He and his staff are far beyond competent as well as incredibly friendly. They take time to know your situation and go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. We couldn't ask for a better experience!

Dr. Long has been amazing! 5 stars is definitely not enough, the entire staff makes me feel calm and welcomed every time I come in. I was a nervous wreck today and by the end of the visit I could not help but be thankful for how kind everyone was. I hope I never have to change dentist again.
