Absolutely fantastic experience renting from Paradise RV for our first-time camping adventure! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure we were well-prepared for our trip. The RV was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. Our camping trip was a breeze thanks to Paradise RV. We're definitely coming back for more outdoor adventures! Once again thanks to Nate and Deborah for all their help and knowledge!

Paradise RV was the best repair experience we have ever had. We had several things go sideways while on a trip to SC. They were so kind and accommodating. Nate was the service manager and kept me updates with the cost, asking for approval with each thing. George was our tech, incredibly knowledgeable and heck of a good guy! We were so pleased we plan on making stops here for future service needs.

Super repair service! Melissa is fantastic to work with! If you have ever had to leave message after message or track down your service advisor to get any information, you will especially appreciate Melissa! She was very easy to schedule my repair with and up front about what to expect and pricing. Very happy with the repairs performed. First time using Paradise RV for servicing/repairs and it was the first time in a long time where I picked up my trailer from getting serviced and was not frustrated or just flat out angry.

From the time where we were "just looking" to financing and delivery Paradise completely blew us away! Non pushy sales reps who want to help you out as much as possible. I fully recommend Paradise they even set us up with a starter kit for our 5th wheel! Super awesome people who want the best for you

We bought our travel trailer from Paradise RV last year. The sales process was awesome! They answered all our questions, and we had a LOT! Everyone is super awesome @ ParadiseRV! Better by far than any place we visited during the shopping process!

On a trip this summer, a latch for sewage pipe door fell off somewhere in Montana. When we got back, I contacted the manufacturer to see about a replacement part. No luck..... I emailed Melissa @ ParadiseRV. It took a lot work on her part for such a simple part, but she was able to get it shipped to us!

We have a Winnebago Micro Minnie travel trailer. We discovered Paradise RV a couple of months back. I was tired of shoddy work and high labor costs. I like Paradise because they do great work for reasonable cost. On our first encounter they did a professional job installing our new Lippert SolidStep stairs. Then we came back to have them fix stuck black tank valve along with a list of maintenance tasks. We didn't have an appointment but we dropped off the trailer and they worked us in when they had time since we weren't planning any more trips for the year. Two weeks later we picked it up and everything was done and to our satisfaction. The Paradise folks are both knowledgable and trustworthy. We plan to continue using them for our maintenance and upgrade installations in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service and experience. We rented our first RV from Paradise this past weekend. The entire staff, every single person, was a joy to work with. They have sales, rental, and service, which is a rare/wonderful combination. If/when I stop renting and start owning a RV, it will be from Paradise RVs. Thank you all so much!

My wife and I recently purchased a used motorhome from Paradise RV. Overall it was a very positive experience. We had an idea of what we wanted when we went in, so Nate showed us a few options that were in our price range that met our search criteria. The following day, Jeff took over and helped us through the financing and finalized the sale. This was on a Monday. We did the walk-through with George on Friday and took it out that weekend for our first camping trip. Unfortunately, we ran into a few issues, but as we're learning this isn't unusual for motorhomes. Back in the shop the following Monday and two weeks later we had it back home for another camping trip. This one went off without a hitch! Nate, Jeff, George and all of the staff at Paradise RV Sales and Service have taken good care of us so far. I'm looking forward to this standard of service with them for many years to come.

Awesome customer service! I brought in my 3 year old home built teardrop camper for a road worthiness check. Even though I was told it might take a week or so to perform the check, they were able to do it the same day! I will DEFINITELY be coming back for any service I need on my teardrop!

Paradise RV Service has done it again! They have come through for me on more than one occasion. Today, they were able to get me in on short notice to help diagnose the severity of an issue prior to me heading out on a trip tomorrow. They are always helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I absolutely trust them with my camper!

Professional, Accommodating, Friendly. The service department has been a lifeline in partnering with our family to maintain our Rig to be ready for our next adventure. They addressed many of the issues in a day that even our selling dealership still hasn't addressed even while it was under warranty.
Friendly service department members and have quality of work has been above what other centers can offer. Cash is preferred form of payment, but the price is still best in the area.

Phenomenal experience renting from Paradise. From the owner to the staff, everyone was polite and professional. The RV we rented was ready to go when I got there and they answered and accommodated all questions and concerns. Hands down the best. I’ll definitely be renting at Paradise again…maybe even buying eventually.

Dropped our 2017 Jayco off for slide adjustments and service on 8/14/23. Was hoping to get it back within 2 weeks. Got the call on Wed morning what was wrong and their plan of action to fix it. I was still hoping to get it back in 2 weeks. Much to our surprise we got the call about noon on Thursday to come and get your rig. Estimate was exactly as quoted. Work was completed in a timely manner and very professionally. I am terrible with names but here goes. Thank you to Madison, scheduler and front desk. Kevin, Service department Supervisor and mechanic, My apologies to other front desk person. If you need service or repairs we highly recommend Paradises RV Sales & Service.

Found our Motorhome at Paradise Rv and couldn’t be happier. Top notch customer service. Mr. Jeff and Mr. George were a pleasure to work with and ensured all our questions were answered and Miss Jean took care of all the paperwork flawlessly.

We totally enjoyed our Paradise RV rental! The process was simple and any questions we had about the camper and rental agreement were answered without delay. We felt at ease renting from owner Nate and his team, and hope to purchase our own RV from Paradise soon. I plan to refer friends and family for their future camper vacation rentals, as well. A BIG thank you to Stacey (rental manager), for being so friendly, personable, and readily available to text with questions!

First time renters/RV’ers - we rented an RV online from Paradise and our experience was great! Very responsive before the purchase when we were asking questions. Once onsite, Stacey was great. We had an issue during the trip and they immediately called me to walk me through what to do. My son’s also accidentally left some things in the RV at drop-off and I didn’t realize it for days but Stacey had set it aside for me!

Buying our RV was a seamless experience. No hard sell or bothersome phone calls just amazing customer care and they listened to our requirements (Stacey).
Also want to say a huge thank you to Nate and George for answering our endless questions. We’ll definitely be back for all our RV maintenance and shortage needs in the future.

I can't say enough about these amazing people. No roll to big or small, you are treated with kindness and understanding from them all. In our case a lot of empathy as well. We bought our 1st RV from Nathan, and the patience, with the hundreds of questions we through at him and his staff, never phased them.
When we brought our RV back to them in our 30 day warranty, they fixed everything on the list, no matter how small the issue. They never threw blame for improper whatever, they just fixed it. And Reece went over everything again, and we learned more things. Sorry I know I'm rambling, but I am just so pleased with everything and everyone. I would do it all again with Paradise. Thank you Nathan, Ryan, Melissa and Reece.
