Previous reviews made me wonder how the customer service would be... I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone was very nice and this location has the largest selection in Charleston!

Wow, talk about order of everything. Prices are excellent. Not at all like the HM's ivey experienced over seas. Pricing was way below what you'd pay for at WalMart. I bought a gown/sundress, necklace and $19. Amazing

This store was very organized, clean, & offered a great selection of affordable clothing. H&M has become my store for business attire. The clothing is quality-made and classic stying. Every year, a new turtleneck design comes out that must-have.

Love this place huge selection and as a bodybuilder one of the few place I can find clothes that fit. I wear a suit every day and finding shirts that fit right without paying for tailoring is the hardest part but the different cuts make it easy, and oddly inexpensive but the clothes last. I have several shirts that's I've had for years. Awesome place to shop of your an athletic build and maybe bigger than the average

Clean, organized, and easy to navigate through. Employees were friendly and professional, even helped to sign up for rewards and got 10% off. Fitting rooms are currently closed.

great staff great selection the hardest part about this store is actually getting there because it's located in a very busy area so be prepared to find parking but that's anywhere in Charleston downtown these days 🙄🙄

I love this H&M, its super big and has women, men and kids along with makeup and intimates. Its a really nice one, one of the best ones I have been into in a long time.
