Used this company after they moved my parents . They were great! Came to my house and did a walk around. They were honest and upfront about furniture they were worried about and we took their advice. Gave me a quote and stuck to it, no issues. Did an amazing job packing antique glass and dishes. Moved us into a house with all new paint and not one scratch. They even picked up the empty boxes, so no mess or full recycle bins.

Great service, straightforward and honest- team of movers were extremely respectful, courteous and careful with both our property and our items through the move. On time pick up and delivery. Went out of their way to unload and place items to accommodate requested item placement. We would definitely use them again.

Best prices in town per square feet. Make sure it's sealed and down in the back or it can get a little wet. Still highly recommended.

This moving company did not honor the initial estimate and we were charged an extra $250. The movers were rude and unprofessional. They did not take care of the refrigerator which was scratched along with the doorway. They told us they did not bring a big enough truck to take all the items promised in the estimate and several items were left behind. This left my 80 year-old Grandmother in a difficult position. Overall, I would NOT recommend this moving company.

I had two storage units for several months.
First the Good News: Samantha and other front office people are friendly and helpful to a point.
The Bad News: Disregard signs on the gate and open /close hours. We had to turn around with a moving van and put items into storage the next day.
No codes worked. No one answered the phone number given and we got an office answering machine. No one addressed our extra costs and hassles in holding the truck and movers for a day.
NEXT: After reading prior reviews and an open-ended, vague estimate from AAA on moving our storage to OKC, I chose - and was very happy with 2 Fellas and a Vehicle for the move. No regrets.

This is the most unprofessional and worst moving company. I was told since we boxed our own stuff we couldn't have insurance and to sign a paper, which I did. I should've asked to read over it first. Our furniture could've been insured. They broke one of the legs on our new couch that we just bought March 2017. One of the guys said out loud, I have to tell her since we broke it. Then, they only brought one or two blankets. With saying that they didn't wrap our furniture with blankets to prevent scratches. It was hot and one of the guys told me he had a rash on his a**. Also, two guys had smoke breaks on my time. When my husband came home at lunch one of the movers said, everything isn't going to fit in the storage. My husband said, that's not an option. It's the largest storage building and we only have one. The mover then said, we will have to move things around. With hiring professional movers I met them at the storage, but never got out of my vehicle or saw how they put our belongings into the storage. I was parked about 50 feet away from our storage in the shade. When that were done he broght me the key and I paid. I just knew I wasn't going to use this company again with the issues I went through. Three weeks went by and I went to the storage on our closing day to move into our new home. It should be an exciting day right?! I opened the door and I was in shock. Our stuff was piled up like a huge mountain. Oil from them laying the lawn mower on its side was all over the ground. The oil got into the motor and the lawn mower doesn't work anymore. My new couch had no legs. They broke another leg and didn't tell me and just took all the legs off. It was just laying on the storage ground. Our hammock stand that's metal was on my antique table with rust all over it. My side tables in the living room were put upside down on the ground. My desk also had outside stuff on it. Scratches up and down. I'm a realtor and my metal signs were on our bedroom dresser that's not even two years old. It had scratches from the metal signs laying on them then heavy boxes being put over them and pushed back. Our wine refrigerator had scratches all over it. It was kicked in the back and stepped on with a huge foot print to pile stuff up towards the back of the storage. The top of our outside heater was stepped on and all bent. My desk chair was all scratched. Some of these scratches on the ededges of ALL my furniture is from them not using blankets. The scratches on top is from how they literally threw and piled our stuff into the storage. Our refrigerator doors were scratched. Our washer drawer was bent out. There was something wrong with every piece of furniture. I was in tears. The other moving company wouldn't even start until there boss came and saw what the other company did so they couldn't get blamed for anything. Also, once everything was moved and unpacked I was missing a box. All my wine, champagne and martini glasses were missing. I like to say they were stolen. The owner of the company never apologized. He only said, we could've done that to our furniture while in storage for 3 weeks or the other moving company could've. He takes no responsibility whatsoever of how our stuff was scratched and broke on his truck because they didn't use blankets. Also, beat up and scratched in storage because his movers literally threw our stuff in the storage. We will also never see that box again. They also denied taking that too. I've lost sleep over this. We've lost a lot of money as well buying new furniture and a lawn mower. This was such a nightmare for our family. I never thought the owner would be so heartless especially during that you're already stressed. I wouldn't ever use this company.

This was the worst managed establishment I have ever done business With...while my belongings were stored with them my unit where my belongings were stored...was robbed even tho they claim to have cameras and locked gates...and absolutely refused to anything and that includes a sympathetic apologie...now Maybe my experience was uncommon an being robbed was not common... I must say even the attitude of staff was appalling....

Worst employees ive ever seen. Owner is rude also. I would never go back
