Cold Stone Creamery

We had a pretty good experience here. The place needs a bit of sweeping and reorganizing but its not that really bad. My only concern was it was difficult to find cause the plaza where its at is in between two restaurants. Also the slope and trees cover its location. Other than that, its that “cold stone” that we all know. The staff were pretty nice and were smiling while helping us. Also, we went there on a Sunday and it wasnt that bad at all.

No wait, but the girl serving me made too much so she had to put into multiple bowls. I ordered a large bowl of founders favorite with cookie dough ice cream, and wasn't sad I had too much. Loved every bite.

The young lady who helped me with a telephone order for cupcakes was AMAZING! She was so thoughtful to pack a wide range of toppings. They were a hit at the Birthday party. True super star Thank You

Love the ice cream here. Plenty of staff for a busy Sunday. The staff was extremely accommodating for us since we did have some food allergies. They went out of their way to ensure items were not contaminated. The only recommendation I would have is to increase inside seating (I'm not sure if it's been reduced due to covid).

After finding out the original ice cream shop that we wanted to go was closed, we decided on Cold Stone. My family was so glad we ended up at this location! The two guys working at the front counter were super friendly and hilarious which made the experience so much fun. I highly recommend going here.

The team members were phenomenal. Pierre stood out the most and was very nice. He made my ice cream and I told him to create whatever he wanted. He did an outstanding job. He was extremely nice and his customer service and attitude towards his job was great. I'm beyond happy!!! 👍❤ would give 6 stars if i could

When we visit Cold Stone it's usually later in the evening and the staff is always super upbeat and always friendly. Service goes a long way.

It doesn't hurt that the ice cream is delicious and there always seems to be something new.

The indoor seating is a bit limited, but they have a few spots outside as well. The prices are reasonable; $8 for an ice cream date isn't terrible and they offer a punch card.

They have the best ice cream! You can make your own flavor combinations or use one they suggest. Either way, it will be delicious. The staff are always friendly. If I have one minor complaint, it's the price. But considering what and how much you are getting it's really not a bad deal. I'm just a cheapskate. Lol. I highly recommend this location!

Google maps had me in the wrong spot but I called and got quick easy directions. The ice cream was amazing. So glad everyone was wearing a mask! Service was great, fast and friendly. Wish I could give more than 5 stars

The best ice cream! Period. I love that the whole crew sings a song when you leave a tip. For this location specifically our server Taliyah who's only been there a month now was a sweet heart. She was very friendly and smiled, patient in letting us sample and choose, and a good sport all around.

Awesome awesome awesome. Me and the kiddos thoroughly enjoyed this place. It was our first time and couldn't of had a better experience. It was packed but the staff work through the line very fast. Wasn't much of a wait. The sweets are definitely on point. Can't wait for our next trip here.

Probably one of the cleanest restaurants in Charleston. Hiring local college students get kudos from me. A great way to support your community and it yielded nice young people who were friendly and enjoyable. The icecream was absolutely delicious. Definitely worth the trip!

Julia is a very personable person she is kind sweet and genuinely cares about each person she served as it was my time to be served it was the very same as the other ppl I watched her service before me she made me wanna come back to visit she made it her business to make me feel at home and welcomed good ppl are hard to come by especially on food service i just wanted to shine a light on an awesome employee/person

Yum! I love cold stone! It's the best ice cream in the area. It's not too close to my house, but I'm glad because otherwise I'd have to go more often haha. I love the mint mint chocolate chocolate chip and founders favorite!

The kids enjoyed their ice cream, and the person helping was nice.

It's a busy location even at 9pm so the wait was a little long but not unreasonable for the line. Their cake batter ice cream is amazing and with the cookie dough add in I'll definitely come back again

Popped in for a quick bite and glad I did! Cedar & Justin took great care of me and had great conversation while I waited for my order. Awesome customer service guys!

First time here. It's as good as its reputation. Quality ice cream, quick efficient service. A little pricey but I knew that before I came here. Highly recommend.

We came out for some ice cream after a nice dinner- The service was quick (even with the crowded line) and both employees were kind and patient with each person. (And the ice cream was good, as always)
