The most caring pharmacist in town! After getting fed up with the run around at another big pharmacy we transferred our prescriptions to Redec and never had any more issues getting our refills when needed. Thank you so much for being a great example of caring in our community!

Dr. Hewis Bartels is one of the most compassionate, kind, patient, caring and helpful people I have ever known in my life. She has helped me immensely with my healthcare needs. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to help her patients. I am so very thankful for her and don’t know what I would do without her help. I can not say enough kind words about Dr. Hewis Bartels at Redec Pharmacy! The MOST genuine, good hearted, caring individual I've ever met. She took incredible care of my husband and I while visiting the pharmacy. The Pharmacy is unbelievably clean, structured and well maintained. The service we received was fast, but very thorough, especially considering the fact that Dr. Bartles does it all! We live out of state, but will definitely return just to visit this special place again!

Dr. Hewis Bartels is an angel. I walked in right when she was closing (I had no idea) and she took all the time to talk with me and make sure I was completely taken care of. She’s kind and genuine and knowledgeable. She truly cares about people and helping. Plus, the pharmacy is very clean and organized! Great experience.

Went in for covid vaccine, she was the sweetest and most helpful. She made sure we were taken care of. We weren’t there even 20 minutes even with waiting after our shot. I definitely recommend this pharmacy.

The Pharmacist provides personalized service and expertise. She is patient and very knowledgeable. There are several healthy vitamin options, CBD products, all natural elderberry etc.

Dr. Bartels makes going to a Pharmacy feel like you are visiting family. From the minute you interact with her she is professional and caring. If you have questions, just ask, she is an expert in her field and won’t hesitate to answer you honestly and kindly. Sure there is CVS & Walgreens and so many other big corporate pharmacies that you’ll tell me are more convenient, well I choose to not be just a number and another mark on a balance sheet. When it comes to my family and my health, I’d drive 50+ miles to find a Dr. Bartels.

These guys have won my business. Never will I go back to the rude chain pharmacies around here. It's a family run business so you can expect the care and attention you deserve when dealing with any health issue. It's a breath of fresh air in a business ruled by large corporations and bottom lines. If you care about your health, I'd recommend going to Redec Pharmacy. Talk about amazing above and beyond service. Delivered some meds, after hours, to our house when we got in a jam. Super friendly pharmacist. Can get busy sometimes but that just speaks to how many people like to use them, and for good reason. So glad we found Redec.

After (unsuccessfully) trying to get a rapid covid-19 test at multiple locations, I went to Redec Pharamacy. But I regret not coming here first! The pharmacist is incredibly kind, helpful and generous with her time. If you’re looking to fill a prescription, pick up dietary supplements or have a rapid covid-19 test, I highly recommend Redec pharmacy. I would give six stars if possible.

The pharmacy has various convenient and personalized services such as medication packaging, which helps me take my medications on time; curb-side services; free prescription deliveries; medication sync program, that is very convenient and makes me very complaint with my medications. Also, a huge plus is the fact that the prescription cost is very affordable, with or without insurance.
