John Hansen is WONDERFUL!!! I got engaged over a year ago. My ring was unfortunately too big so I needed to get it sized. However, I didn’t want to give up my ring!! 😂 My grandma referred me to John & I am so glad she did! He got me in fast & my ring was done in exactly 1 week. He ended up taking it down a half size & then adding a notch in the inside middle to help it from swirling when it was on my finger. My knuckles are bigger than the rest of my fingers & I think that notch is super helpful too. When I got my ring back, it was even more sparkly & clean than when I first got it! I had some scratches on it & now they are gone! Although I hated not my having my ring for a week- I am so glad I have it back, perfectly. I will definitely recommend this jeweler for any jewelry needs! Thank you Hansen Co!!!

Wow! I was referred to Hansen’s by a close friend and she was spot on. I dropped in looking for a simple adjustment to my watch, they set down what they were working on to assist and had me out the door in five minutes. Everyone I met was friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be back.

So we didn’t actually get any jewelry or work done yet, but my wife’s 8 months pregnant and she forgot to take her rings off before she got too swollen and before we knew it , we couldn’t get her rings off . We tried all the tricks on YouTube and nothing was working . So we decided to go to a local jeweler and we checked reviews and this place had the best reviews and now we know why… they helped us get the rings off and said they would fix it when the swelling goes down . They did the procedure quick and effortless . They were extremely helpful and very nice people that worked there . We will be back there when the swelling goes down to fix the wedding ring . Excellent service 5 stars ⭐

John has been amazing to work with regarding custom jewelry and I am very happy to have found this place. John Hansen was referred to be by a well respected, and high end jewelry store, when they were unable to help me in a timely manner. I love this store and John was so nice and great to work with. The prices were very reasonable, and less that the other store's "sale" prices. I feel very fortunate to have found Hansen Jewelry. Their jewelry and stones are beautiful, and there is no high pressure from the employees. For most of my life, I went to a well known wholesale jeweler , who was a family friend, when I wanted to purchase something. After he passed away a few years ago, I wasn't sure whom I could trust with my jewelry needs. This is the place to go--you won't be disappointed.

Most amazing family jeweler around. Honest and reliable... true craftsman. They restored our great grandpa’s ring for us to its former glory and we couldn’t be more grateful. The ring looks amazing and they were able to do it on a time crunch! Thank you so much!!!

I stopped in today for help/questions on resizing my engagement ring. My fiancé purchased it elsewhere, but recommended I come to this local shop because it was rated so highly. I'm so glad I did. Ron was so kind and helpful. Even though I don't know much about jewelry sizing, he took the time to explain the process to me, in a way that made sense but was also very detailed. It turned out I didn't need to get it resized, but they have such a cool custom design program in place, that we will definitely be coming back for future pieces. It's so refreshing to enter a shop that is welcoming, and you feel like a friend. I highly recommend Hansen Co Jewelry. We'll be back!

My boyfriend found this place and had them fix some jewelry for us. The service was amazing. While there we discovered their wasatch collection. Ended up getting a beautiful ring from this collection and I love it. The couple that owns this place is amazing and I would recommend them to everyone!

Great customer service. Loved the branded coaster and silver bracelet. Nice people prepared to share the origin and history of the pieces.

The service and work were excellent. They spent the time to talk to me about what I wanted to do, and made sure they covered all their bases. The finished product was beautiful and well-done. They were able to get it turned around very quickly as well. I'll visit again.

Went to get my ring resized. It was very easy to do and everyone there is very nice. They had fair pricing and were relatively quick for what needed to be done.

John did an excellent job of repairing and resetting an antique ring that has been in our family for over 100 years old. I highly recommend Hansen Jewelry.
