Amonte was fantastic! Very helpful, showed us directly up to our unit, checked on us as we were moving boxes to see if we needed anything even offered us water! The property is super clean and even while booking website is very easy to navigate! Highly recommend!

Today we checked in for my parents storage unit and the manager/employee on duty was so great! He was patient with us. And he informed us of all the things we needed to know. And he walked us up to our unit so we knew exactly where to go. And then he even offered us a couple bottles of water, as we had some, but ran out half way through moving things in. He went above and beyond for us and checked on us to be sure we didn’t need anything else. Overall just a great experience at this clean facility, especially during a stressful time such as moving!

The workers were amazing, very friendly and extremely helpful! Amonte and Megan thank you so much for answering my questions and being so helpful! I will be returning soon :)

The staff was very courteous and the unit was excellent. The complaint I have is the tremendous increase in storage rent in less than a year. It went from $143 to $200 a month in only 8 months. I told them it would be a long term rental when I signed up for the unit but, at $200 a month, I had to vacate it.

Monte met us at the door and assisted us with finding our unit, with signing forms and with finding us a second unit. He was professional and very helpful.

Megan and Amonta was a great help. Was able to move my mother things with no issues. Place was really clean too.

The man who helped us was kind. He made the process go very smoothly. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

We love the staff they have always been so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Great place very clean. Easy in n out.

I've had such a GREAT experience with the store 6005 location-hwy544 since the beginning online process to the in person contact (especially with it being during the pandemic). Everyone I've spoken to on the phone and in person has been very professional. I definitely have to specifically give a shout out to Amonte!!! He helped me through my complicated last minute switching of units and made it so less painful than I expected. He is also the gentleman that signed me up originally and was great then as well!! Thank you so much for everything! I highly recommend this particular location for the staff as well as the units, great security and upkeep!!

Awesome customer service. We have A rented spot and removed our trailer for a short trip. When we got back somebody had decided they liked our spot and moved their boat into it. Amontai (spelling) was on duty and was very helpful and on top of things. He contacted the boat owner and had him back to remove it within a few hours. I honestly didn’t expect things to be rectified that quickly. He was calm and very efficient in handling things. Great employee….

Wonderful clean great staff

So unhappy right now. I am late on my payments I know that I don’t mind paying the late fee. I understand that I am late I also understand that they called me left messages. However I am in an extenuating circumstance, a family member my father, deathly ill. I’m traveling 60 miles a day one way six days a week to help care for him and my mother. So I forgot I’m not gonna lie I forgot I was not thinking about my dresser and my tools I was thinking about my family. The only thing I have asked for for two weeks now is to have the district manager speak to me. I can pay my two months I can pay my late fees but I cannot pay my lien fee and if I do not pay that, they will auction off my property. I have never in my life dealt with a business that I am not allowed to speak with a supervisor. I understand that they get a lot of calls a lot of excuses a lot of pity party stories, however I can provide the documentation I have admitted that I spoke with them and promised to pay before the accident happened and I don’t mind paying the late fees. I’m just asking for a little common courtesy and having the district manager call me back. If this is the way the organization does business that we’re not allowed as a customer to speak with someone higher up the ladder, I’m not sure I want to continue doing business with them.
I’ve never heard of a district manager that does not want to help a customer. I’ve never known an organization where the district manager is in secret. I know I would definitely not work for them if I was a customer who am paying money cannot go up the ladder as an employee can you imagine how difficult that would be?

I sincerely hope that they take my concerns and have at least the decency to call me back.

I have used other storage facilities in the past and I promise you I have never experienced one as nice as them. Also, we recently had a hurricane and they handled everything beautifully. I felt my things were safe and still do so.
I HIGHLY recommend this place! Very clean, very respectful, no bugs, Security is great, just all around a great place :)

The customer service via phone and in person was very friendly, professional and was willing to accommodate me in the best way. They understood my request and help me to the best of their ability. The paperwork and all transactions went smoothly. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for reasonable rates and friendly atmosphere. Awesome customer service !!! *****
