First time here and had a wonderful time bringing my family members who were visiting from out-of-state. The owner is so kind and personally introduces himself to customers, making them feel right at home! Everything here is farm to table and all the meat is grass-fed from the owner’s cattle ranch which is impressive.

We loved the steak sandwich, brisket salad, and pumpkin pancakes with sausage. The coffee and tea drinks were wonderful too. Will definitely come back with friends!

We wanted a nice new place for brunch on a weekday during Christmas Break. The waffle was amazing crispy on outside and chewy in the middle with homemade butter! My brisket BBQ sandwich was full of flavor house-made chips too!! Looking forward to warmer weather so we can sit outside! Go you will thank me later! Lol

Came here for Saturday brunch. Place was popping! We got the burger with tomato bisque, and the Bunkhouse Breakfast with a blueberry pancake. My burger was so delicious; the bisque tasted like spicy tomato sauce, but was tasty as well. The pancake was pretty large. The coffee was also decent. People taking the order were so friendly and smiley! Only thing to keep in mind, be prepared to wait in line for 25 mins if you come on a weekend. Once we got through the line, food came quickly though.

Definitely enjoyed my first visit to Have a Cow! The service is spectacular and the food is just as grand. I appreciate the owners as well. The host (owner/wife) helped me pick out the perfect breakfast for my first visit and her husband continued to check on me to make sure all was great! It's hard to find a place to dine that truly feels at home! I appreciate them for bringing such a well needed family atmosphere to the stl area! Thank you!
It also warmed my heart to know you got the opportunity to spend time with your daughter! ♥ 🐄

The food at Have A Cow is absolutely delicious! I can’t think of a time that I was disappointed! The food truly goes from farm to table and you can taste the goodness in every bite! I tried the Farmers Catch (whitefish) sandwich and it was so good! I enjoyed every bite and finished with a peach smoothie! So delicious!

Hands down the best biscuits and gravy in the 314. The portion is huge and comes with 2 eggs. I went ahead and added some bacon and got a coffee. Still my bill was less than $20.
The atmosphere is different from a normal restaurant, it's a little shop too with odds and ends. For being so close to the city it has a very country farm store feel to it. The patio is large and nicely shaded with a fountain. I just wish they had more plants out there, it would really make the place pop.
The staff was very friendly and prompt with taking my order and getting my food out to me. Everyone working even thanked me on the way out.
I believe they close at 3 on weekdays, but breakfast is served all day. Make sure to make this your next brunch destination or you will be missing out!

A perfect little rustic farm breakfast spot in the urban setting. Very well done aesthetics. The food was incredibly delicious. Friendly service. I also loved the little touches (like including the “Steve the rancher” handwashing song in the bathrooms (to the tune of Old McDonald).

Have found my new breakfast spot!! Such a cool place! They sell local meat, and local items in general. Bonus, cute koi pond in back seating area with a little waterfall. Seriously such a cute place. And!! The food??? Wow, it reminds me of down home cooking. For real, everything from the thick bacon, to the perfect biscuit, to the delicious eggs. Perfect.

Great lunch experience all around for a group of (2). We both had a cup of soup (potato), sandwich (fried chicken, veggie panini), ice tea, and a cookie. All was fresh. Service was great. Pride of ownership shown throughout. Looking forward to our next visit and trying the beef! Highly recommend. Thank you, Have a Cow Cattle Co.

Great experience and great food. A hidden local gem that should not be missed. I literally feel better after a visit here, and it isn't just the food. It's the ambiance, the people, and of course, the coffee. They also have a shop with items from local artisans like soap, candles, and a bird lover section. We will definitely be back. They even have a saying that could benefit all of us: #loveyourenemy

Have a Cow Cattle Company right here in midtown says to love coffee, love burgers, and LOVE YOUR ENEMY!

From retail store owners to inner city church servers to farmers, Steve and Lisa St. Pierre opened Have a Cow restaurant in January, 2021!

We’re not sure about the burger part, but there are plenty of vegetarian and pescatarian options! #stlouispescatarianapproved @stlouispescatarians on instagram

Love my Saturday morning breakfasts here, a group of 6-15 of us have been meeting here every week for years, and the owners/staff couldn't be more accommodating, helping to find us seating, refilling our coffee mugs, even helping to celebrate our birthdays with their signature "moo!" Great comfortable atmosphere with a fire roaring in the winter and patio seating in the warmer months. If there's ever a glitch with our meal it is immediately and cheerfully rectified--the omelet is my current favorite, they make 'em to order. Also serve lunch. Good stuff!

Great spot to grab a bite if you are looking for friendly service and delicious food! The inside has plenty of seating but Have a Cow has a fantastic covered and uncovered patio seating area. This place is worth checking out if you are looking for all-day breakfast options or a place to get lunch. Their baked goods are delicious. I would recommend getting a cinnamon roll or other baked goods to go!

This is an order at the counter and pick your seat establishment, so be prepared when you walk in to potentially wait in line for a bit. The service is always top notch and the food is always out fast and well cooked. The restaurant is clean and homey with a fireplace and wooden chairs.
There is a little market with on theme home goods, shirts, and toys.

excellent and quick service, kind staff, delicious food (details below)

- The apple pie bar was soggy but super delicious in flavor; a crunch crumble on top would do wonders!
- The roasted panini was PERFECT (no notes!!), the sourdough was perfectly buttered and crisp while the veggies carried so much flavor. We upgraded the sandwich to have chicken added and they did NOT skimp- note that the sandwich would definitely still be perfect in its original vegetarian form. I’ll definitely order it again!
- The farmer’s catch could’ve had more flavor & the bun could be more toasted, but still delicious nonetheless
- Sides (battered fries & side salad with balsamic dressing) were basic but yummy
- Sweetened mint tea perfectly hit the spot :)

Everything is locally sourced and made with care and it shows! The food is absolutely delicious and the portions are great for the price. We came to visit St Louis and this was our first breakfast and we came back every day for more. Couldn’t recommend more, will be telling everyone to try this place out.

What a good local find, I live nearby and had been wanting to try this place as soon as I heard about it, located near lafayette park! Known for burger and brunch everything I had was great. If they have a smoothie or shake available I suggest getting that as well. Often times they even have live music on the patio!

We were concerned about the wait since there was a long line and we waited about 30 minutes to place our order, but wow was it worth it! I loved that there is a store and you can sort of scroll through all the neat things they had. We absolutely loved our time there for brunch and if you're looking for a place in St. Louis, this is it!

The biscuits and gravy were phenomenal. I need that gravy recipe! The gluten free blueberry waffle, bacon, and homemade jam all get glowing reviews from my table! The only thing we didn’t care for was the scrambled eggs which had a weird taste. This is our second visit here and we will definitely be back next week. This is a hidden gem of STL.

Wonderful food, great service. This place is calm and homey, the tables aren’t super close together and we feel great about going out to eat here with our toddler. They have probably ten high chairs/booster seats too! I’ve never eaten at a place more family friendly than here.
