I love this place they just made my day after an online delivery from other sellers fail .
Check on them and make sure they don’t have what you want before ordering online from anyone you want . More safe

They helped me pick out balloons for my son’s 16th birthday and they were very patient with me when I was indecisive. The price was a little bit out of my budget but that was my fault for not checking in advance. I like the way they bagged the large number balloons in a very large bag so that it protected the balloons on the way out and in the car. They were very friendly and helpful!

Noel and I enjoy going to Party City and other stores trying on Masquerade Masks and playing around on our Mother/Daughter outings in Murfreesboro TN

I love this location. I had an issue with my order and the manager quickly fixed the issue and had more balloons sent out to me within an hour. She went above and beyond to correct the issue and I'm so thankful great customer service exist. So thank you again. 💓

Staff is nice and they now deliver your balloons for you using a third party and that is lovely!! Especially if you throw a lot of parties like I do!!

The store was so busy and there were so many customers doing last minute shopping for Halloween costumes. Despite the chaos the Manager Shay was absolutely so sweet with helping me and my daughter the other night! Its such a breath of fresh air when you get a retail worker who is sweet and kind as Shay was! I will definitely be returning good customer service is a very hard thing to find! Thank you Shay!

Excellent very help and prompt with getting costumes for us. I wish I could remember the young lady name with pixie hair cut and glasses. I think her hair was red and she had tattoos. She was so good. My 4 yr old granddaughter kept asking her to cut the plastic off her tiara. The best employees out of allthe other party city stores I've ever been to. Thanks again

Went in with the gf she had a old receipt with some store credit that she wanted to use but it was very faded. The CSR went above and beyond their way to make sure she got to use it. They stayed past their open hours to help us and the other customers. Thank you very much for all of your hard work and dedication.

It is pretty hectic in there this time of year but you can tell that party City has been doing this for a while because they have all hands on deck. I saw no less than 12 employees trying to keep things flowing smooth. Well done.

Umm. why have I not found this place before? This is party Central! Everything you need for a party including lots of candy to choose from! I think the best thing about this store is it is categorized. For instance, all Batman stuff is in one area, all Peppa pig stuff is in one area, all Barbie stuff is in one area. that way when you're planning a party for the kiddos or even adults everything is categorized and together! Nice clean store.

I loved it here, I like that a lot of their party stuff is for birthdays, they have other odd and end party stuff here as well but mainly birthday stuff. Only thing that I didn't like was how small the store is.
