One of the best clubs I have been going to in Oregon. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I always ask for recommendations. Shout out to Crystal Jordan!

Dr. Badru, his nurse practitioners & his office staff have always been nothing short of amazing... They're always great about getting us in when needed & they even take walk-ins... Of course they have limited hours right now due to COVID-19 but even throughout the pandemic the office has taken care of us every time we needed them... Everyone I have seen at this office have been treated with kindness, respect & equality by the staff... Zion Wellness truly cares about their patients making it easy to ask questions, voice concerns & express your feelings with any & all staff members... Me, my husband & his brother all go here because they really listen to each person to make sure they are given the most effective & efficient treatment... As you can tell absolutely love being a patient at Zion Wellness & Medical Clinic & it never hurts that there's a Sonic Drive-In directly across the street making it easy to grab a refreshing Route 44 beverage of your choice on your way in or out of the office :-)

Absolutely the best

I’ve seen Dr Badru once the whole time I’ve been here which has been I want to say a little over a year. When I did see him I was pretty sick and was given allergy medication and told it was probably a cold. After my daughter having a fever and things, I tested for COVID and had it.
They use to have a nurse practitioner that was great but she was pretty much doing the job of the doctor since he was never in. I have not been able to catch him and was told on a phone call when he comes is very much whenever he feels like it. And was also told it would probably be best to find another doctor, which I’ll definitely be doing.

After Connie left, it's been really bad. I saw Regina on September 15th to get my four regular medications refilled. We talked about changing one, but I was supposed to ween off of it first. Instead of giving me my four regular meds (two for mental health, two for ongoing migraines), I was just prescribed the new medication. Guess what I got for migraines. Cough syrup. I tried getting this fixed, but they won't answer their phone. I had to call my insurance over this nonsense, and they're not answering the phone for them either. It's been two weeks since this happened, and I'm in poor shape. I've ran out of my meds shortly after, so I've gone without for almost two weeks. Abruptly stopping psychiatric medication can have devastating effects. I can't even have a normal day anymore. This mix up was something else. I've never experienced anything like it. I signed up for a mental health place, and I'm not getting in until late November.

I will never again go back to zion wellness medical center in Lebanon, TN. The staff there were very poorly trained and unprofessional. The entire clinic was very dirty and unclean which is terrible ESPECIALLY for a medical clinic. I only went to this clinic because it was the closest one to my work and I was in desperate need of a prescription and couldn't make it to my doctor in time. The final straw was when I went to the Walgreens in town to pick up my prescription and they had not even sent it over. After calling all other Walgreens in town to ensure it wasn't sent to a different one accidentally, we attempted to contact Zion and they had already left for the day so there was no way to get my prescription. So they COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME AND MY MONEY. Do yourself a favor and NEVER visit this medical clinic. For perspective sake, I made a google account for the sole reason to give this clinic a poor review.

I will never go back to Zion wellness the staff there are rude and unprofessional. Not to mention I honestly question their level of education in the field as they seem not to have anything together there. It seem as though they almost guessed what was wrong & send you out. & the lady's at the front desk are terrible!

I don't want to give 1 star because they don't know how to do their billing on insurance....my insurance company was charged and should not have been and I have spent 3 months trying to get it resolved and now I am told to call the Doctor well I will be doing that along with the Better Business Bureau!
