Grading on the fast casual scale, this place has way bigger portions (see free chips and salsa) than chipotle and friendlier service for less money.

Is it less fresh and a bit less flavorful? Sure, but you get what you pay for

Stopped over here as I have a loved one in the hospital and it's right next door. The gent taking the orders and greeting everyone as they enter and exit was awesome. So friendly and courteous, so rare these days.

The night shift on June 10th was great! They offered to remake my burrito correctly (from memory) when they noticed it was soggy. They had the most professional attitude all around, and this was at the end of the night on Saturday when no one would want to be working.

Some employees have attitude not conducive to Moe’s welcoming motto.

I've visiting almost every Moe's in every city I've ever visited. This, by far, is my favorite. The food is always perfect, the restaurant is clean and the employees are ridiculously nice.

Always try the corn salsa. My favorite is the chicken rice bowl. I recently had them cater a friend's graduation party. They were on time, professional, affordable and the food was excellent.

I lived on the west coast and southern border for years. It is IMPOSSIBLE to find authentic burrito, green sauce, guacamole anywhere else in the country. This is the BEST burrito in Nashville that I found and believe me, I have looked. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Great service and good food. My choice over Chipotle anyway or anytime. Staff at this location is very friendly and attentive. Parking sucks, but that isn't their fault.

This is my favorite Moes location. They always have a great attitude and dish out proper scoops for my bowl or burrito. I love the Monday deals, too!

I have visited this location multiple times with friends and it's consistently tasty and fresh. The staff are always quick to greet customers and very helpful. If you arrive and there's a line, don't be discouraged - they work quickly!

Had the absolute best moes burrito yesterday from this location. I regularly eat at moes and love a good ole jr. burrito. The burrito I had yesterday was IMMACULATE. Will be a regular at this location.

Excellent customer service! Casey is attentive and upbeat! Went out of the way to make sure the guest experience was great from beginning to end.

We stop here every couple of weeks, the food is always really good and the staff are great. They're always friendly and get you in and out.

The food here was amazing - I enjoyed some chips and a taco, which were both very well made and fresh. The customer service was fantastic, and the restaurant was in great condition, and clean. Would definetely recommend a visit if in the area!

This is a great Moe's. The staff are friendly and there is extra parking in the Publix lot. Make sure to sign up for their rewards app to get a free burrito on your birthday and to earn points that go towards a free meal.

Moe's Southwest is so amazingly good. The queso cheese is BOMB. Very generous portions. My only complaint, the hours.... STAY OPEN LATER PLEASE. Closing at 8 on Sunday's????? What is that about?
