Rainey Robert a DDS

I have been going to Dr Rainey since I moved to Jackson in 2011. Here's what I like. He takes time to get to know you and what's going on in your world. All his hygienists are professional and know what they are doing. Perhaps what I like best is your care is not tied to the quality of your insurance. He only treats you for what needs to be treated. On two occasions I had potential problems. On both he advised we could wait because although treatment may would eventually be required it wasn't required immediately unless I was feeling discomfort. I did eventually have to get a crown, but only when I needed to, not when the dentist needed to make his next boat payment (if you get what mean). Still don't need the other procedure. BTW, if you ever need a crown, he's the best in the business. I usually try to get there when they open got my appointments and I always get in on schedule. The few times I had to schedule in the afternoon, I was still within five minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Definitely my recommended dentist in Jackson.

Dr. Rainey has taken great care of me, my wife, and children. He has a great bedside manner, is very knowledgeable for someone like me who asks questions, has a great staff and competitive pricing. A great dentist to work with.

He has done a terrific working on my teeth. He is very skilled and kind and does a professional job. I really like Dr Rainey, he is very personable.

Went here for a few years. Every year me or my wife would get charged for something we shouldn't of been charged for. I refused to pay for an xray we never got and so they turned it over to collections. I guess he was trying to pay for his second house at the river.
