Outstanding! If I could give 10 stars I would! Went there on Veterans Day. No expectation of anything other than what I needed. I was so impressed and honored to find a parking spot for veterans. Got me choked up inside. During my purchase, I also received 15% military discount. I was so blessed. Only thing I wish they would do across the organization is offer a 10% discount to the vets everyday. I would stop shopping at Lowes and Home Depot if they did. Always looking for ways to save $$$! However, I love the home town feel you get in their store and love shopping their regardless. I also learned that they have a pet grooming/bath in their stores now!!! Wow!!! Love it!!!Way to go Tractor Supply!! You knocked it out of the park!!!

I placed a pick up order today 1/15/23 and they marked me out on one item and had me picking up one item in Springfield and one item in Ashland city . When I arrived at the Ashland City store I found all items there and I was really upset that I had one item pending in Springfield and one item there and one item marked out but the manager Kimberly that was there calmly deescalated the situation and helped me to resolve it . I usually spend no less than 40 a week here and often times more. .

Customer service like Kimberly provided is very important to keep customers like me coming back . She should be commended as well as the young man who was helping her . It was very much appreciated on an already stressful day . Thank you

Travis the assistant manager took great care of me. First time buying a riding lawn mower and showed me how to use it properly and to maintain it. Impressed with tractor supply warranty as well. Hassle free

I have shopped at various Tractor Supply's for years now and this location is the best! We recently purchased a trailer here that had some issues. We've had several other trailers from here and never a problem, this was just a lemon. We spoke to the wonderful manager Scott and he made everything right. It is nice to have a store and company that will back their products and cheerfully help their customers when they have a problem. It is much appreciated!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were very helpful and informative. Reasonable prices and quality merchandise. I do wish they had a larger pet food selection (cats and dogs) but I also realize that is not their primary market.

Store personnel were very helpful and friendly. My wife and I were hanging around in the store not realising the store had closed and we were the only customers there. The workers were not at all put off and didn't seem grumpy like most people ready to go home after a days work. Thanks guys, sorry to keep you late.

I love and appreciate the sales people at Tractor Supply Co. in Ashland City, Tennessee. My mother and I went today with "an idea" of what we needed. Travis took the time to explain and show us what we needed. He was very professional and gave us a couple of ideas to accomplish what we needed.

I bought a Cub Cadet push mower and it was missing a screw and I didn't know if I lost it or if it was missing when I bought it. TSC ordered me two replacements at no extra cost. Great Customer Service!! Thank you!

Read the review from handicapped. I also am disabled with cancer and lung issues. Stop in at least once a week to pick up something for around the house. Have found them to be very accommodating. Thanks

Smaller then alot of Tractor Supply Stores but it still has a decent selection. Staff is always super nice and helpful.

I was looking for some hydraulic fluid for a small hydraulic that I have and could not find anything under a gallon , I ask the lady at the cashier if they have anything smaller, she said just a moment and I will see, she could not find any, but she called the manager, the manager came up there and said let me see what I can find, less than 10min, she had me fixed up and on my way,so I give them five and a half Stairs

TSC is my go to place for all my animal feed. We purchase fees for chickens, horses, goats, dogs and cats. I love the clearance items and deals! Staff are always very helpful especially if I need help with loading all the feed into my car. The Neighbor Rewards program is great! I get coupons by email and have even received one for a free drink! The vet clinics there are an added bonus. Great job, TSC!! You’ve got a customer for as long as I own animals ♥

Has great customer service by Jessica, but when a store such as this very small sometimes I'll ask him City it's to be expected. And wouldn't you know if they do have parts and suppliesfor their tractors!

My son gets supplies for his goats and the rescued cats and one dog. Reasonable prices and conveniently located. I usually stay in the car due to mobility issues.

The staff is always helpful and the store is well stocked. Great place to get those much needed but hard to find items in the rural areas.

Was a little busy, but that's a good sign. Clean, and neat, and had plenty of everything. No problem keeping the place stocked. Well done.

Love the store. You can get things from clothing, gardening, baby chicks, animal food, dogs,cats,goats, birds, cattle.
You can get shots for your dogs & cats, books on many subjects, ice cream freezers and so many things in one stop.

Love this stuff I like the fact that there's a good looking guy checking you out as you leave the store, ha ha get it😁 meaning cashier/clerk
