My agent was Steck Johnson. In the beginning he took the time time to call and set me up with the health insurance plan, but after I paid and signed up it was like he was a ghost. I couldn’t get him to answer back any email and when I would message, his assistant would reply short replies that never answered my question. She even called me Molly and my name is Annah. She never replied to my last message.
I highly recommend getting someone different than Steck and his assistant. They are just in it for the commission and then disappear.
