Dylan was super helpful with my new phone. He was patient and considerate and he listened to what I needed. When I had an issue with Verizon corporate store he went above and beyond to get things straightened out. I would definitely recommend this store. Staff is top notch!

I just relocated to the area and needed a business phone. Went into this store and met the best Verizon rep I have ever encountered- Dylan. A total rock star of a service rep, knows his stuff, didn't push anything on me and had me out the door in 39 minutes. If you're in the SL valley and need a new phone and plan, do yourself a favor and head to this store. Verizon should let Dylan do their customer rep training because he was awesome!

I have never ever been more greatful in my life for Dylan and for this store. I come here quite often because Dylan and the employees here are the most helpful genuine people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They're always so quick to help me out and always want what is best for me. They're very patient and kind. I never feel like I'm being rushed and they always tell it how it is. Some of the most honest sales people I've ever met! My phone locked me out and I thought I had lost all of my information, I was devasted so I came right over. Dylan fixed everything and got all of my information back. Something that is absolutely impossible. Dylan really saved the day! Thank you so much! I will never go to another phone store! Ariel and Dylan were amazing to work with! We had a very complicated transfer with getting a bunch of new phones and trading them around within the family. They went above and beyond to help us and make sure everything went smoothly! They also made everything very clear and easy to understand! I actually drove to the Woods Cross store just so I could work with Ariel again!

Great customer service. Dillon helped me. He was attentive, NOT pushy like a car dealer, & listened to what I needed. I’m on a student budget, looking for a basic, no frills, phone upgrade. He helped me find just that, even helping me find discounts with my phone plan.

We had the most wonderful experience switching our phones at the Verizon Kaysville store. Logan and Dylon helped us to set up and process the transfer very efficiently. We were amazed how friendly and easy they completed the process. We had 6 users on the account and it was a lot of work for them. Logan never showed any frustration eventhough he was dealing with a couple of things related to WhatsApp. He was very pleasant and calm the entire time. Truly, this team at this store is amazing. We normally get frustrated with getting new phones but Logan and Dylon made it super easy and even helped me with extra features questions we had. Thank you Logan and Dylon, people like you make customer's experience amazing. We loved our experience!
