Kathy Madden was very helpful at helping me get a storage locker. She explained all the options try to give me the best offer available. She was very pleasant to talk to and very helpful.

This is the best storage facility I have ever used! I really like the setup, and it is super clean. Our unit is a really nice size and easy to get to and load/unload. Every single person I have talked to from signing up the first day and throughout our entire time renting, has been absolutely wonderful to work with. I just spoke with John, and he really helped me out and provided amazing customer service. The people here are just the best! Great location, and great space!

I'm moving from another state to South Carolina due to a work transfer and needed somewhere to stick my stuff...This place is a class act, Kathy assisted me with not only a personal storage shed rental but a commercial rental for use with my company. She was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the facility and system she works with. She went out of her way to help me correct a problem on my end without hesitation. I told her the problem she jumped right on it and fixed it! 👍 What amazed me also was the fact that they return calls and they answer the phone when called.... That in itself is hard to find anymore. In addition the rates are very affordable, I highly suggest using extra Space Storage in Conway. Thank you , Kathy for making a mundane, normally troublesome process, a pleasurable and fun one! Now the pressure of moving two states away is a lot less with your help!👍👍👍

Stopped by to price some boxes as I’m packing for a move. John was so friendly and helpful!!! I don’t think I’ve ever met a clerk that has made me feel so welcome and that listened to my needs. John went above and beyond and even offered to help me carry out my boxes. If all of your employees are like John, I will definitely be back!!!!

Cannot give enough phrase for this five star extra space facility. The staff was knowledgeable , professional and most helpful. My very dear friend was going through a stressful life situation I needed to downsize from a home to an apartment, but didn’t want it to abandon some of her lifelong personal items. TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE

This storage facility is very nice. We booked with Kathy who reviewed sizes and pricing and her expertise helped me with the needed storage for our CCU college twins. Being out of town and a first time time for us Kathy the manager on site was very helpful. We are billed monthly on exactly what we agreed. The facility is clean and close to CCU with a dolly at your storage unit entrance to use for moving. Definitely we will be renting here again next year..highly recommend! Call Kathy
