Very professional. I'm going to need a lot of dental work done, and was very embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. They did not shame me or make me feel any worse than I already was. They let me set up a payment plan which was also very helpful.

Dr. Knox, was clear in explaining procedures and protocols for a complete dental work. Also Laura, in the billing department was very thorough in making sure what was covered with my dental insurance and what was not. GREAT TEAM?

I arrived here in severe pain and left very pleased. Dr. Anita Knox was the best you can definitely tell she enjoys her profession would definitely recommend this dental clinic to others.

I have a HORRIBLE dental phobia (yes it’s a real thing). Everyone from the Front desk all the way to the fabulous Dr Knox could not have been kinder to me and my daughter. They worked around my tears hiccups and shaking to get the job dow well. Being a first time patient my first visit was excellent! As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and felt welcomed. While I was in the back it was the same way. Staff was very polite and friendly. Would recommend with no hesitation!

I absolutely love Aspen Dental Lufkin. They are extremely friendly. Respectful and helpful. From the moment I walked they made me feel like I was a priority. I have recently had to have quite a bit of difficult dental work done. Dr's Knox and Xavier have both worked on my teeth and they are both excellent dentists. They always explain everything that they are going to do and make sure you understand and keep you informed of how things are going in long procedures. This is a very modern practice with a great support staff. I would recommend this practice to anyone especially if you have had bad experiences with dentistry in the past. My experience here has always be excellent.

I have bad dental anxiety. The team at Aspen Dental are wonderful. They made me feel relaxed and the environment is very welcoming. Katie is a wonderful assistant with a loving bedside manner. Dr Knox is the best!! After she finally got me numb( it takes a LOT), she had that broken tooth out in seconds and I didn’t even feel it. Victoria was wonderful in working to fix a problem with my insurance. I definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Lufkin TX !! The whole team is great!

I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Knox today for a tooth extraction, truly everyone I came into contact with today was extremely friendly and helpful. River was beside me the entire time & assuring me it wouldn’t hurt too bad (I’m a big baby with needles & my mouth). Dr. Knox was very gentle and very nice the entire time. Laura was extremely helpful when it came to my insurance & making sure we knew what was covered. I will always recommend Aspen Dental.

Dr Knox & her Team (River, Brisa, Laura, & the hygienist (I'm so sorry somehow I missed writing down her name)) all did a wonderful job on my new patient appointment this morning. As a dental insurance agent, I hear horror stories about Aspen locations all over the country and this one is not like any of the ones I've heard about. Dr Knox was completely transparent about my treatment, even doing a 3d color scan of my mouth so she could go step by step through all that they found where I could see as well. I usually have a pretty gnarly case of anxiety in the dentist chair. Not a blip today. Thank you!

The building is spotless, staffing is exceptional and very well versed in procedures and confidentiality. Prices are what you'd expect with Sate of the Art Imaging equipment; but it's worth it. Dr Knox is unbelievable with her ease and knowledge of painless procedural processes. Emily the Dental Assistant is spot on with her care during procedures, so you don't need to worry about a thing. Laura, the procedures and financial planner, for clients, is very good at explaining the different options available to cover costs. I left the place in a better mood than I started with.
