I have had been receiving my mail and packages there for about 5 years or more; plus use their other services as well. I have always got great service. I they are my longtime friends I know Ozzie and Bryan will always look out for me.

Jake is a kind human. He was very patient with me. He took care of me and my package despite the fact that I went in 7 minutes before closing and didn’t feel rushed.

Ok so I went in and returned the tortoise tank and it only took five minutes the guy at the register was funny and quick you could tell who new how to return correctly he even let us know all he was doing we were back in the truck in like eight minutes and there were people in front of us

For my real estate businessI had tons of documents to be printed and notarized. Thankfully this UPS was open on Sunday!! Saved my day. The associate at this location was nice and helpful. I got my prints and notary done really quick. I really appreciate their efforts to make customers happy. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Staff is super friendly and very helpful. She took care of everything. I took a package to be sent back up there and I didn't even have it in the box, or the return label cut out. She handled everything for me. Super professional and prompt. I like that. Nice clean store and friendly atmosphere. I go to this store often to ship things. Great service.

I visit this location frequently. Not only does every member of the staff take great care of me every time I go in, I get the privilege of witnessing their excellent to service to others during every one of my visits. It disappoints me to read some of the negative reviews that people post on Google reviews. People often are quick to focus on the negative and slow to give positive feedback. I am always amazed at how friendly everyone is when I come in. Cindy is exceptionally helpful, and always greets me (and other customers) by name and with a helpful attitude. I enjoy knowing my packages are safe until I can get here, and knowing this crew will be smiling when I arrive.

I was very happy to know that this UPS Store is close to my residence. Staff are professional, provide excellent communication and provide customer service to me. And as an added bonus open on Sunday. AAAAAAAAAAA

Great place to ship packages. I got a notary to help me. Wish there were some chairs. Fast service. Employees always extra helpful. We need a bigger place. Post office mailboxes available to rent.

I didn’t know the store closed at 3pm on Saturdays so I showed up at 3:13p to drop off some packages Even though I was late, the associate, Bryan, let me in and processed my amazon returns. He was very kind.
