Omni Houston Hotel

Had a really good experience over Christmas at this location. The staff was very friendly and always welcoming. The rooms are a good size (we had the double). The restaurant and bar in the lobby was very tasty (albeit a bit expensive). The fitness center is was fantastic, and probably the best part of my trip (multiple machines and free weights made it easy to keep up my routine)

Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

STUNNING. I'm in love - it was wonderful to pretend I was in a different tax bracket for my husband's birthday, and Omni hit the spot.

We went for a ResortPass relax day. Every staff member we encountered was lovely, open, and clear in directions. The Spa is not large but has all you can want or need. There is a wide range of services offered and we had a 50 min massage ($170 base price, no sevice charge or gratuity added). It was perfect. professional, and relaxing. Specialty cocktail offered afterwards in the co-ed relax room and my hubby and I for sure took a light nap there. They also gave us a free dessert for the special occasion and it was decadent and rich; plated like a 5 star Michelin restaurant.

Birdies Cafe is a great spot. Well lit and all the food was piping hot and fresh, you cab tell it's all made in house. It was a little underseasoned but not unredeemable.

The pool area itself is just right. Enough space and sleek in style - clean and seems adult focused.

Will for sure be back!

We stay here when in town for various reasons. Excellent service from the staff at all levels so nice job on management there. Important: Very well maintained property . Newer interior in common lobby areas and although showing a bit tired the rooms are large, and most important to us clean, quiet and comfortable. Has a feel of a nicer apartment building.

The location can not be beat, in Houston. A variety of restaurants are all within 5-10 m driving. There’s always Uber Eats too for staying in. Medical center is 15-17 minutes, memorial park 3 mins car, or walk to it.

Summary: The Basics are well done. Professional establishment.

Mother/Daughter Time. I enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing signature massage, and you have access to the sauna and hot tub as well. They have a delicious weekend breakfast buffet. Complimentary champagne 🍾 or signature cocktail 🍸 of the day was definitely a bonus. Plus, Complimentary self parking if not a guest of the hotel. I can honestly say, "It's totally worth it, and I will definitely be back!

Conference accommodations in banquet facilities were top-notch.
We could not have asked for a better experience, there were 200 of us & we had A/V requirements that worked seamlessly.
Breakfast and dinner accommodations were top notch

Location...Location. I love that the hotel is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I was here for a business conference, it was a great venue.
The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The food and service was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed my. The only negative experience I had was the front desk held my suitcase, as I was there before check in.
When I got the suitcase back a wheel was broken.
However, I would stay at this hotel again.
Thank you to management for such a good experience.

Everything about our stay was just wonderful. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff who promptly provided us with our room. The check in process was smooth and they took the time to give me an overview of the property.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and inviting. I slept so well (which hardly happens when I travel). We had the opportunity to visit the bar located on the main floor and we enjoyed a nice drink.

The morning I was checking out, I accidentally got locked out of my room. I called the front desk and within minutes someone was there to help me. The gentleman was quick to help and I was back in my room in no time.

It is unfortunate that we could not stay longer but we will definitely be back!

This place has made a comeback....post Harvey repairs and renovations are superb...one of the best spas in Houston, outstanding staff up and down the chain, great location convenient to both Galeria and Downtown.

Went for a wedding reception but did not stay 7 speak to the rooms, but the location and service were wonderful.

I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Gary to support my couple, Saad and Yumna, for their Valima Wedding Reception.

I could easily call or email him for all of my needs. Throughout the winter holiday, he still made time to call and confirm details.

Gary will make sure you are consistently supported upon arrival for general questions. He assisted greatly when it came to power distribution for vendors.

Please know that hosting your wedding at The Omni Hotel means you will have a great team to back you up from the Valet to the serving staff.

I hate Houston, except this hotel and the staff. The hotel is beautiful with a gorgeous pool/pond area. There are actual black swans in the ponds. The staff here are what really makes the difference. At the check-in desk Amber, Kaytlin, LaKisha and Ashton were amazing! So helpful in all my needs whether that was the event we were hosting all weekend or just my needs as a guest here. Thank you to the banquet team. Kembre and Gonzalo were some of the best I've had the pleasure of working with, they really made sure the event went smoothly.Their team, especially Juan and Raul, were absolutely great. And last but certainly not least, Howie (Howard) and Lo in the restaurant/ bar were marvelous. We will continue to use this hotel every time we hold an event in Houston, TX!

For such a classy place I being a person of color, received royal treatment.

My husband and I came for a business trip! We truly enjoyed ourselves. Clean, awesome customer service, great restaurant on site. If we are ever back in the area we will stay again for sure! Thanks for having us.

This review would be for the Service of their staff and event hosting ability. Although I did not stay at the hotel. It is immaculately kept secluded off the beaten track but still local and not far from downtown Houston on the west side parking is amazingly easy in their private garage or with the valet service, clean Facility very attentive help would highly recommend if you have a large group or an event needing planning to reach out to the Omni you will not be disappointed

From the moment of arrival to our departure we were treated as favored guests. The lobby was wonderful and don't get me started on how wonderful the place smells. The fitness room is worthy of a serious athlete and the room we stayed in was perfection; clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The water pressure was fantastic. This may be the perfect hotel. I'll be back

My husband and I stayed here with our pup. The hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff is all incredibly friendly. Upon check in we were accidentally checked into a room that was not ready. The front desk staff, Kenya, was incredibly kind and apologetic. She immediately fixed the issue and gave us a FB credit. Upon leaving there was a double charge on our bill print out and Stacy Mai was so kind and not only fixed the issue. But tacked on more of our FB credit. The customer service is unmatched and I greatly appreciate their quick problem solving and kind words. Every one smiles and welcomes you and greet you each day. It has truly been a pleasure to stay here and I look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you Omni Houston staff!!

The staff really makes this hotel. While I did not enjoy the room or view they made our stay worthwhile.

Wow! So lovely. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. Mid day snacks in the lobby were yummy. We appreciated having the shuttle take us and pick us up from a nearby shopping center at which we dined and shopped. I stayed there for a conference while 3 weddings were also happening. Lots of people but that did not slow down the service.
