I've been shopping here since August. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. I also now get my prescriptions filled at the pharmacy (which I get awesome coupons for!). They always have amazing deals on meat too, which really adds up. Their managers are the nicest humans I've ever met, their pharmacists are too. I can always ask for help finding something no matter who is working. I asked the butcher where to find tortillas and he was so kind! My most memorable experience was my first time getting curbside and I got called and talked to a PERSON on the phone about some things that were out of stock. Not an issue but I really appreciated the conversation and my order ended up 100% perfect. This store has the most wonderful customer service I had to write about it.

Very clean and well stocked grocery store. It was convenient as my Safeway 4 you card also works at Randall’s in addition to other Albertsons brands. They had a good selection of gluten free dry products, but not many that were frozen. The produce and floral sections were also very nice. The cashier was quick and accurate, so it made for an easy trip. The large Ozarka liter and 1.5 liter waters are more expensive then I had expected. If I ever need more groceries while I’m here in Houston I’ll definitely come back.

For many years I have been shopping at this location. It is always clean and well stocked with supplies. The produce section is always fresh and I am able to get all that I need. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The flower department is one of my favourites. Usually very well stocked with a great assortment of arrangements, orchids and roses. They have always been quick to make beautiful arrangements on my request, with my selected flower options. Just yesterday I was shopping there and they gave each customer a beautiful long stem red rose just to randomly thank each of us for our continued patronage. It really made me smile on a difficult day. A really great store and so very conveniently located in the Galleria area.

This is the nicest and biggest Randall’s I’ve been to. Incredibly nice staff, tons of selection, price deals that are unbeatable in some cases, and a great grocery experience. I plan to return!

This is my neighborhood store and I love everything about this location… from the people, the service and the products… particularly the fruit 😩 There is no other store that compares. I’ve recently started doing curbside a lot and got a bowl of cantaloupe that was already pretty soft/mushy and spoiled within a day or two. This had never happened before by the way… and I’ve been shopping only here for about four years. Anyways, on my last pickup, I added in the notes about choosing a fresh bowl and why and when i picked up had added an extra bowl for the hiccup. Now bc the fruit is never not in my fridge, of course i was excited about this! Adds to why this is my favorite grocery store! Shoutout to the curbside team!

This finest grocery store in the Houston Metropolitan area by far. Great service, super food choices, and reasonable prices too.

The staff were very helpful and friendly I enjoyed shopping at your store as it was my first time at this location it close to my job and on my way home I will be back again.

The Randalls by Sage Road and San Felipe has been my go to store for the past 10 years or so. They have a wide selection of foods and also stock some auto, home cleaning, bbq, and pet food supplies. They also have a very well stocked pharmacy with an on staff Pharmacologist, as well as a bakery, kitchen, and flower shop. The store is always clean and the staff seems to be well trained and polite. They have a customer area where one can sit and enjoy a widescreen TV while eating lunch, or waiting for someone, etc. The prices are competitive with other chains such as Kroger. The discounts offered by their free store card are well worth it. I usually see between 9% to 20% on my purchases, depending on what was purchased. The parking lot is large and well lit, and the store is surrounded by several high end chains, as well as major businesses across the street. The lot is patrolled by private security as well. And a big shout out to them for dealing with all the COVID stresses (coming up on 3 years already!) while still keeping prices reasonable and maintaining a friendly and courteous staff!

I just had the most helpful employee assist me with my water bottles! Those things are just SO HEAVY, and dear Amir helped me get them to my car. This location is so blessed to have him working here. He is a pleasure. Thanks Randall’s !

Clean, beautiful displays of food in the bakery area! Brighter lighting in the store and wonderful to shop there. A lot of special things like; star shaped soda crackers, small and large trays of cookies and cakes. So much to consider for having company over! Happy people working there too. Very nice!

They are wonderful, great, and have awesome customer service. I love going here to get flowers. Don't know Hispanic lady that helps me. She is great, very helpful

Customer service is great. Food is a little pricey but what isn't these days?! They have good weekly sales & mark downs. I buy smart & it can easily be done at this store. Thank goodness for this grocery store in Midtown!

I went to the Starbucks and met a work named Destine!! I LOVED HER! She was so real and polite. I wish I could have given a tip through the Starbucks app or online. I didn't carry cash on me. Next time I go, I'm hoping to see her again!! <33

The staff at Randall's were very nice. The security guard patrolling the parking lot out side was a complete a**hole.
He waited outside the store and followed me to the parking lot exit and watched me leave. Just because I'm not well off or rich doesn't mean I will cause problems or steel.
He needs to spend more time learning how to interact with people of different backrounds and less time showing off the cheesey cheap gold chain he wears.

I know the popular grocery store in Houston is HEB, however Randall’s is still one of my fave. It’s rarely crowded, it’s always clean and I found out that they now sale these ready 2 go meals. It’s the perfect store for a grocery run you can easily be in and out without long lines and a wait.

Excellent arrangements even for your most somber occasions. Very attentive staff, Anna is exceptional.
