Alex, my installer, took great care and was also helpful and professional. The finished product is high quality and elevates my kitchen window greatly. Customer service is above and beyond I have seen anywhere! They made a mistake on the initial order but went way beyond correcting it. Helped me choose the right shades and really stick by their "satisfaction guarantee". Very reliable, worth the price!

Took 4 months to. Install shades... 6 mess up in ordering... No communication with staff and there other store up north about measurements and order... There hub will also barley reach 10 ft and is not consistent in working.

I. Would Def try a another company although they said 2 weeks to make them It took 4 moths because of the mess ups and that was only 2 shades not 12

The design consultant Patrick was extremely rude to us and very unhelpful I will not be coming back. We were ready to buy and will not be.

Made an appointment for them to come measure but no one showed up. They don’t care for your business.
